    Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar IPS Terpadu melalui rekonstruksi pembelajaran diskusi kelompok menggunakan peta konsep bagi siswa kelas VIIIA MTs. Negeri 1 Pontianak tahun pelajaran 2017/2018. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VIIIA MTs Negeri 1 Pontianak yang berjumlah 38 siswa. Hasil belajar siswa pra tindakan yaitu sebanyak 17 siswa (44,7%) tuntas dan 21 siswa (55,3%) belum tuntas dengan rata-rata kelas 68. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan persentase ketuntasan pada masing-masing siklus sebesar 70.3% dan 86,5% dengan nilai rata-rata 76,5 dan 88,1. Terjadi peningkatan ketuntasan belajar dari siklus 1 dan 2 sebesar 16,2%. Pelaksanaan rekonstruksi pembelajaran diskusi kelompok menggunakan peta konsep dapat menjadi alternatif pembelajaran IPS Terpadu di sekolah karena dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa.

    Abstract: ABSTRACTThis study examines the design of normal concrete mixtures according to SNI 03-2834-2000 and SNI 7656: 2012. This research is done because SNI 7656: 2012 is an adoption of ACI 211 which requires a mixture considering its economic side. This research was conducted by experimental method in laboratory. In this research, the test object used is concrete cylinder with dimension 150 x 300 mm. The test specimen consists of 2 variants, namely: normal concrete SNI 2000 (BN-00), and normal concrete SNI 2012 (BN-12). Each variant consists of 3 strong compressive specimen plans: 25 MPa, 30MPa, and 35 MPa. Based on the result of the test, it is found that the strength of concrete with the design of SNI 2000 for the compressive strength of 25 MPa (BN-00-25), 30 MPa (BN-00-30) and 35 MPa (BN-00-35) 27.24 MPa, 38.99 MPa, and 44.85 MPa. While the concrete mean press with the design of SNI 2012 for the compressive strength of 25 MPa (BN-12-25), 30 MPa (BN-12-30), and 35 MPa (BN-12-35) plans were 31,43 MPa , 36.54 MPa, and 39.76 MPa. Keywords: mixed design, SNI 03-2834-2000, SNI 7656: 2012, compressive strength   ABSTRAKMakalah ini mengkaji tentang rancang campur beton normal menurut SNI 03-2834-2000 dan SNI 7656:2012. Dilakukannya kajian ini karena SNI 7656:2012 merupakan adopsi dari ACI 211 yang mensyaratkan suatu campuran dengan mempertimbangkan sisi ekonomisnya. Kajian ini dilakukan dengan metode eksperimen di laboratorium. Pada kajian ini benda uji yang digunakan adalah silinder beton dengan dimensi 150 x 300 mm. Benda uji terdiri dari 2 varian yaitu : beton normal SNI 2000 (BN-00), dan beton normal SNI 2012 (BN-12). Tiap varian terdiri dari 3 spesimen kuat tekan rencana yaitu: 25 MPa, 30MPa, dan 35 MPa. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian didapatkan kuat tekan rerata beton dengan rancangan SNI 2000 untuk kuat tekan rencana 25 MPa (BN-00-25), 30 MPa (BN-00-30), dan 35 MPa (BN-00-35) berturut-turut sebesar 27,24 MPa, 38,99 MPa, dan 44,85 MPa. Sedangkan tekan rerata beton dengan rancangan SNI 2012 untuk kuat tekan rencana 25 MPa (BN-12-25), 30 MPa (BN-12-30), dan 35 MPa (BN-12-35) berturut-turut sebesar 31,43 MPa, 36,54 MPa, dan 39,76 MPa.   Kata kunci: rancang campur, SNI 03-2834-2000, SNI 7656:2012, kuat tekan

    Abstract: ABSTRACT Scheduling is an assignment activity related to a number of constraints, a number of events that can occur in a period of time and place or location so that the objective function as closely as possible can be fulfilled. In the hierarchy of decision making, scheduling is the last step before the start of an operation. Scheduling the assignment of KRI in Koarmatim is an interesting topic to be discussed and resolved using a mathematical method. The scheduling process of KRI assignments at Koarmatim is done to produce annual JOP / JOG. This process requires not only rapid follow-up, but also requires systematic steps. The scheduling of assignments applied by Koarmatim is currently carried out by personnel by not using mathematical calculations. The ship assignment scheduling process in this research was carried out using the Binary Integer Programming (BIP) method approach with the aim of minimizing costs and maximizing the purpose of the ship assignment. The scheduling observed was 25 ships carrying out operations for 52 weeks (1 year). The mathematical formulation of the BIP model is made up of one objective function and Three constraint functions. Then the development of the BIP model is then completed, the computer uses Excel Solver. The results obtained that the BIP model applied to scheduling KRI Koarmatim assignments is the maximum coverage area reached is 93,651,234 NM2, with an area safeguard level of 76,11 from the entire area of operating sector I to IX (1,230,442 NM2). BIP is an appropriate method to be used as a method in scheduling the assignment of KRI in Koarmatim.  Keywords: Scheduling, Ship assignments, Binary Integer Programming

    Abstract: The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of transformational and transactional leadership styles to the performance of the implementation of a food safety management system ISO 22000: 2018 at PT. SPN a food packaging beverage industry located in Pati Central Java. The study population are employees at PT. SPN as many as 88 people and data collection methods by giving a census questionnaire to all employees. The analysis tool this study uses SEM (Structural Equation Model) the LISREL program version 8.70. The results show that the transformational leadership style have positive and significant affected to the performance of implementation ISO 22000: 2018 and the transactional leadership style also have significant and positive affected the performance of implementation of the food safety management system ISO 22000:2018.

    Abstract: Perancangan PT Bumi Gawi Baimbai pada saat dilakukan penelitian belum memiliki sump dan sistem penyaliran yang memadai. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengatasi masalah air limpasan yang masuk ke dalam front kerja dan dapat menganggu aktifitas penambangan yang dilakukan pada pit Bumi Gawi Baimbai.Pada penelitian ini, perhitungan curah hujan rencana menggunakan metode Gumbel, perhitungan intensitas hujan dihitung dengan pembagian 24 karena curah hujan dari BMKG tidak menggunakan durasi hujan, perhitungan debit limpasan menggunakan metode Rasional, perhitungan kapasitas dan ketahanan sump juga kebutuhan pompa menggunakan metode water balance, dan penentuan luas cacthment area serta pembuatan rencana sistem penyaliran menggunakan software Autocad Land Desktop 2009.Hasil perhitungan curah hujan rencana diperoleh nilai curah hujan rencana untuk periode  ulang 10 tahun yaitu 118,11 mm, intensitas curah hujan per jam sebesar 4,92 mm/jam dengan debit limpasan sebesar 0,66 m3/detik. Luas cacthment area sebesar 53,71 Ha. Air yang dipompa keluar sesuai pompa yang direkomendasikan yaitu kombinasi pompa Mitshubisi multiflo 120 dan Kombinasi pompa Dong Feng CF NM 25 dan 32 sebesar 227.417 m3/jam, 6.153.65 m3/jam dan 15.4357 m3/jam. Desain sump, Untuk Sump 1 saya merencanakan sump dengan panjang atas 16 m , panjang dasar kolam 12 m, lebar kolam 25 m dan kedalaman 8 m. total volume 2800 m3 dan untuk sump 2 desain sump dengan panjang atas 16 m, panjang dasar kolam 12 m, lebar kolam 26 m dan kedalaman 7 m, volume total rencana 2548 m3.Sump 1 kebutuhan pompa  yaitu 2 unit pompa Mitsubishi MF 120,  dan sump 2  jumlah pompa dong feng sebanyak 7 buah. Kata-kata kunci : Curah Hujan Rencana, Intensitas Hujan, Debit Limpasan, Cacthment Area, Pompa, Sump

    The Effectivity of Multi Source Feedback (MSF) to Assess Professional Behaviour (Pb) of Nursing Students: An Evaluation Study

    Abstract: Background: Nurses are requested to give an excellent services to patients not only excellent in skills but also excellent in behaviour which serve comfort to patients. The behaviour is called professional behaviour or soft skill. Purpose: The aim of this research is investigating the effectiveness of MSF in assessing nursing students’ professional behaviour (PB).Methods: The design of the research is an evaluation study which compares the result of PB between before and after joining practice in clinical setting. The participants were thirty three participants consisting of 33 nursing students and 3 mentors. Data were collected using a quantitative approach. The participants are requested to do self and peer assessment using SPRAT modification form while mentors are asked to assess nursing students using the same form. The assessment was conducted twice, before and after joining internship. The data were analysed to compare the score of PB before and after joining the internship among group of participant using Paired sample T-test or dependent sample T test. Result: The results showed that there were differences of score between before and after joining internship with α = 0.000; 0.001; and 0.000 for self, peer, and mentor assessment respectively. There was no difference of score before joining internship among assessors with α = 0.509, and there was a difference of score after joining internship among assessors with α = 0.005. It means that MSF is an effective method to assess PB of nursing students. Conclusion: Applying MSF method to assess PB of nursing student is suggested for better assessment.

    Abstract: 〈 em 〉 Falls are the most worrying incidence of patients in the hospital and that has an impact on injury and even death. The incidence was second ranks of adverse event after medication errors. Hospitals are already making efforts to reduce the fall incident but in reality, the incidence of falls still occurs. Data obtained from March to September 2016 have 6 cases of incident patients falling from a total of 43 patient safety incidents. The results of the observations show that most of the fall prevention programs that have not been done are falling risk assessments. Fall risk assessment is the first step to prevent the occurrence of falls in the patient, if not done then the incident will occur. This study aims to explore the implementation of falls risk assessment conducted by nurses in the hospital wards. The research method using qualitative research with phenomenology approach. The population used is inpatient ward nurses as many as 304 nurses.The sample used by purposive sampling technique with 10 informants. Data collection using primary and secondary data. Primary data obtained by in-depth interview with 〈 /em 〉 semi-structured 〈 em 〉 interview to all informants. Secondary data was used document review of SOP prevention of fall risk, assessment protocol, and patient's medical record status. Data analysis used Miles and Huberman analysis model by reducing data, making display data, and drawing conclusions. The results of the research are two themes that are the existence of internal training and socialization affects the nurse's understanding of the implementation of falls risk assessment both initial of falls risk assessment and re-assessment of falls risk and implementation of falls risk assessment influenced by the inhibiting and supporting factors, both of these factors affect compliance of falls risk assessment conducted by the nurse. This study suggests that the understanding of fall risk assessment does not guarantee the nurse to always adhere to the implementation of fall risk assessment. It is expected that there will be cooperation between hospital management, working group prevention of falls risk, and head of ward to always supervise and monitor evaluation related to implementation of falls risk assessment along with giving reward and punishment. 〈 /em 〉
