    Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar IPS Terpadu melalui rekonstruksi pembelajaran diskusi kelompok menggunakan peta konsep bagi siswa kelas VIIIA MTs. Negeri 1 Pontianak tahun pelajaran 2017/2018. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VIIIA MTs Negeri 1 Pontianak yang berjumlah 38 siswa. Hasil belajar siswa pra tindakan yaitu sebanyak 17 siswa (44,7%) tuntas dan 21 siswa (55,3%) belum tuntas dengan rata-rata kelas 68. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan persentase ketuntasan pada masing-masing siklus sebesar 70.3% dan 86,5% dengan nilai rata-rata 76,5 dan 88,1. Terjadi peningkatan ketuntasan belajar dari siklus 1 dan 2 sebesar 16,2%. Pelaksanaan rekonstruksi pembelajaran diskusi kelompok menggunakan peta konsep dapat menjadi alternatif pembelajaran IPS Terpadu di sekolah karena dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa.

    Abstract: The process of filling bunkers at PT PJB UBJ O & M PLTU 1 east java Pacitan is very dependent on coal handling system. In the existing system is still dependent on human resources as an operator, of course, very influential on human performance. The level of the bunker is a major problem for the continuity of the combustion process in the boiler. To support productivity, the authors make an innovative coal handling system design and monitor the level conditions in the bunker by using the PID (Proportional Integral Derivative) controller method to determine the level in the bunker. After that the condition is sent to the micro controller which then commands the conveyor and coal plough. The conveyor itself is driven by a stepper motor and the coal flow is driven using a servo motor. For combustion protection, there is a temperature sensor and a water pump in the bunker to extinguish. The level in the transmitted bunker serves as input to the PID and then the filling process is carried out by the conveyor to meet the demand for the bunker level. The accuracy rate in this system is 97.8% of the input data level of each bunker through an ultrasonic sensor. To make it more optimal all the information in the visual studio display.

    Abstract: The demand for Vocational Education graduates to have the skills that are needed in the work place is a challenge for these Vocational Education institutions. Various efforts in teaching methods at Vocational Education institutions have been carried out with the intention of increasing the competitiveness of Vocational Education. Practice has the largest percentage in vocational education. Multimedia utilization; practice and work with groups; take advantage of the surrounding environment; as well as multiple aspects. One of the kinds in learning that fits with the previous explanation is the type of Project Based Learning or PBL. Learning evaluation is the process of obtaining data and information needed to determine how far and how learning has taken place in order to be able to make the necessary judgments and improvements to maximize results. The purpose of this research is to examine the needs analysis of assessment instruments in humanities courses, especially in English course. After having an attention to the stages of analysis of the questions in this study, it can be concluded that the types of assessment needed in learning evaluation activities in Project Based Learning or PBL classes are: (1) types of learning evaluation in the form of Authentic Assessments; (2) the type of learning evaluation is in the form of an Test Assessment.

    Abstract: Nias Island is located on plates that collide with each other so it is very vulnerable to earthquakes. This is what makes the Nias community built so that they can adapt to the environment by utilizing wood materials in the structural system of the house. This study aims to determine the pattern of loading on Nias houses, as well as the placement of wood types in the composition of the structural elements of the house. This is to answer the formulation of the research problem, namely how is the relationship between the material and the structural system of the house to respond to the earthquake problem. The research was conducted by collecting data from journals and other sources, and making models from the data obtained. Then the data obtained were analyzed quantitatively by comparing the specifications of the wood to its placement in the structure of the house. The placement of the type of wood on the Nias house structure depends on the strength and durability of the wood, the higher the grade of wood, the wood is used as the main structure of the house and in the foundation of the house.

    Abstract: Saat ini kegiatan belajar tidak dapat dilepaskan dari kemajuan ilmu pengetahuan danteknologi, karena ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi telah memberikan fasilitas yang cukup memadai bagi proses belajar. Salah satu proses pembelajaran yang tidak dapat lepas dari teknologi adalah berupa pembelajaran berbasis CBT (Computer Based Training). Pembelajaran yang dilaksanakan di Politeknik Pelayaran Surabaya belum menggunakan laboratorium secara optimal, terutama pada materi tegangan tinggi. Peserta didik cenderung menggunakan buku paket yang bersifat informatif sehingga peserta didik belum mampu mengembangkan pengetahuan yang dimilikinya secara konstruktivistik. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah membuat modul untuk skenario pembelajaran mandiri pada simulator. Subyek dan sumber data penelitiandalam pengembangan perangkat ini berupa modul dengan skenario High Voltage Circuit breaker. Subyek dan sumber data penelitian dalam implementasi di simulator adalah Taruna Diploma III jurusan ETO Tahun Ajaran 2017 Politeknik Pelayaran Surabaya. Dari penelitian ini didapatkan bahwa pengembangan skenario pembelajaran mandiri dengan menggunakanlaboratorium high voltage dapat disusun sebuah contoh rencana pembelajaran beserta kelengkapannya yaitu buku siswa dan lembar kerja siswa. Modul ini akan lebih baik dan sempurna apabila ditambahkan materi lain yang berkaitan dengan langkah-langkah yang telah disusun dalam modul

    Abstract: Perkembangan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi (TIK) telah memberikan pengaruh terhadap dunia pendidikan khususnya dalam proses pernbelajaran. Menurur Rosenberg (2001) dengan berkembangnya penggunaan TIK ada lima pergeseran dalam proses pembelajaran yaitu: (1) dari pelatihan ke penampilan, (2) dari ruang kelas ke di mana dan kapan saja, (3) dari kertas ke"on line" atau saluran, (4) fasilitas fisik ke fasilitas jaringan kerja, (5) dari waktu siklus  ke waktu nyata. Salah  satu  program  pendidikan  di  Politeknik Pelayaran  Surabaya yaitu jurusan teknika terdapat materi  listrik dan  elektronika dimana proses pembelajarannya disampaikan dengan cara tatap muka dan praktek di laboratorium. Namun untuk saat ini belum ada program pembelajaran mandiri yang nantinya dapat dipergunakan siswa untuk  mengisi waktu  luang dengan  belajar mandiri. Sehingga dalam penelitian ini ditemukan rumusan masalahnya adalah scbagai berikui:  i) Bagaimanakah kelayakan perangkat pembelajaran listrik dan elektronika pokok bahasan dasar kelistrikan yang dikembangkan? 2) Bagaimanakah keterlaksanaan pembelajaran litsrik dan elektronika menggunakan modul pembelajaran berbasis CBT materi dasar kelistrikan dengan siklus belajar 4E pada perwira siswa tingkat V ? Penelitian ini  adalah  penelitian pengembangan dimana nantinya akan dihasilkan produk berupa modul pembelajaran yang digunakan bersama dengan program pembelajaran. Sehingga diharapkan sistem pembelajaran dengan modul CBT dalam pembelajaran listrik dan elektronika ini merupakan salah satu inovasi pernbelajaran yang sangat mendukung proses  penyampaian berbagai  informasi dari dosen ke siswa dengan menggunakan internet atau jaringan komputer lain. Pembelajaran dengan model CBT mempunyai karakteristik yaitu pertama menuntut siswa harus mandiri tidak bergantung pada pihak lain, aktif mencari, dan memanfaatkan informasi sebagai sumber belajar, dosen bukan  lagi sebagai satu-sarunya sumber belajar, dosen sebagai fasilitator dalam menemukan dan memberikan kesempatan untuk memiliki pengetahuan tentang strategi-straregi belajar yang efektif.

    Abstract: A number of power quality issues including electrical harmonics, poor power factor, and voltage instability and imbalance impact on the efficiency of electrical equipment. To support that equipment operates optimally, electrical power is generated must be have good quality. This study has a purpose to examine the power quality of electrical system AHTS (Anchor Handling Tug Supply) vessel. This research was done by quantitative method. Computational techniques used by the software of Total Harmonic Distortion (THD), which shares characteristics and Electrochemical Impedance Spectroscopy (EIS). The result of this analysis indicated that Electrical system in VM INPOSH REGENT have quality power very good of utility systems during full way condition, however during maneuver, there was a particularly high harmonic from non-linier devices used as motor control, which functional a role propulsion. Based on the result above, it can be concluded that after filtering so that harmonic can correct until perimeter secure ABS standard, system is very good during maneuver long site and maneuver on DP system.
