    Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar IPS Terpadu melalui rekonstruksi pembelajaran diskusi kelompok menggunakan peta konsep bagi siswa kelas VIIIA MTs. Negeri 1 Pontianak tahun pelajaran 2017/2018. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VIIIA MTs Negeri 1 Pontianak yang berjumlah 38 siswa. Hasil belajar siswa pra tindakan yaitu sebanyak 17 siswa (44,7%) tuntas dan 21 siswa (55,3%) belum tuntas dengan rata-rata kelas 68. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan persentase ketuntasan pada masing-masing siklus sebesar 70.3% dan 86,5% dengan nilai rata-rata 76,5 dan 88,1. Terjadi peningkatan ketuntasan belajar dari siklus 1 dan 2 sebesar 16,2%. Pelaksanaan rekonstruksi pembelajaran diskusi kelompok menggunakan peta konsep dapat menjadi alternatif pembelajaran IPS Terpadu di sekolah karena dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa.

    Abstract: 〈 p 〉 This paper relates to outcome and impact based evaluation (OIBE) of a research program implementation at an Indonesian public research institute (PRI) ‘A’. The major funding for PRIs in Indonesia comes from government. It is  very essential therefore, for variuos parties including policy makers  to be informed about meaningful and relevant evaluation of the outcome and impact of such PRIto the welfare of the people, to technology development and innovation, and to the policy improvements in significant ways. The mixed-method with good blend of qualitative and quantitative analysis is used in the case study of a competitive research program (CRP) of PRI ‘A’. The case study demonstrates that the outcomes and impacts of CRP are found in the form of economic, social, and environment improvements in the communities; managerial change and innovation of technology and process for SMEs as well as improved existing policies; and increased capabilities of researchers at PRI. Recommendations of this study is that PRI’A’ should improve their research management and policy, strengthen collaboration with firms, including more human resources mobility is required to facilitate research collaborations and co-production process, and to have clear guidelines and targets of outcomes and impacts for their research results. 〈 /p 〉 Keywords: outcome, impact, Public Research Institute, evaluation, Indonesia

    Abstract: 〈 p 〉 This paper describes the results of scientometric studies in the energy sector, especially in the field of biofuel and or biodiesel in Indonesia using a mixed method. Quantitative research using bibliometric basics and content analysis with text mining is triangulated with the results from in-depth interview with several prominent researchers in this field. Content analysis is done with topic modeling method using abstract of papers indexed in Scopus. This article reports on the results of research scientometric study in the energy sector especially in the field of biofuel and or biodiesel in Indonesia, which is expected to provide input and recommendations in the national priority program energy research policies and strategies. The impact is the making of national research policies based on evidence. 〈 /p 〉

    Abstract: 〈 p 〉 The main goal of this study is to do needs and potential analysis of products in each vocational school in Gresik regency that is expected to create products integration based on the excellence of vocational secondary schools, thus it is necessary to sustain ably design an identification concept of potency and integration model. By using the design of Research and Development some necessary steps taken into account: a) identification of vocational high schools (SMK), b) SWOT analysis, c) cluster analysis, d) mapping of vocational high schools (SMK). The second stage (consolidation and integration), consists of the following activities: a) vocational high schools (SMK) grouping, b) designing a model of integration, c) conducting consolidation among related parties, d) implementing synergistic product integration. The results of the identification of Vocational High School (SMK) potency in Gresik based on the clusters that are formed in the effort of realizing a model design of integration products in Vocational High School (SMK) which refers to the spectrum of field, program and science package, hence two kinds of alternative product integration, namely 1) The product integration of Technology and Engineering field spectrum, Automotive Engineering program and Light Vehicle Engineering science package. 2) Product integration of the spectrum of Information and Communication Technology science field, Computer Engineering and Informatics science program and Computer Engineering and Network science package, so that the integration model of product which is formed needs synergetic a pattern of integration by the (3) related parties in order to produce excellent local product of Gresik regency, the synergetic integration model pattern will run optimally when each party has a high commitment to the creation of local superior products generated by Vocational High School in Gresik regency in order to face the era of global markets which can be realized through the integration of Vocational High School products. 〈 /p 〉

    Abstract: Purpose: This paper proposes a new model for further research on how to select criteria in supplier selection, through a literature review and analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of previously used methods.Design/methodology/approach: The methods used to select criteria in supplier selection were extracted from various online academic databases.  The weaknesses and advantages of these methods were then analyzed. Based on these findings, several opportunities for improvement are proposed for further research. Finally, criteria design methods for the selection of suppliers are proposed using statistical multi-criteria decision making (S-MCDM) methods.Findings: Direction and guidance for subsequent research to select the criteria used in supplier selection, based on the advantages and disadvantages of the decision methods used.Research limitations/implications: Limitations of this study are that it is focused on the methods of criteria design in supplier selection.Practical implications: This study can provide a research direction on the selection of criteria for supplier selection.Social implications: This study provides ongoing guidance and avenues for further research.Originality/value: New ideas for working out the developmental strategy for criteria selection are provided by statistical MCDM methods in supplier selection.

    Abstract: Salah satu permasalahan dalam rangka diversifikasi pangan pokok adalah kebiasaan masyarakat mengkonsumsi beras. Pengembangan beras tiruan dari bahan-bahan lokal seperti: jagung, singkong dan pati sagu belum dikembangkan secara komersial karena rumitnya proses pengolahan. Pemasakan ekstrusi merupakan suatu metode yang dapat menyederhanakan proses pengadukkan, pencetakan dan pemasakan menjadi satu tahapan proses. Untuk dapat diaplikasikan pada industri kecil di negara berkembang perlu dikembangkan ekstruder mesin kecil sederhana.Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah pengembangan ekstruder mesin kecil sederhana untuk pembuatan beras tiruan yang memiliki kualitas yang baik serta dapat memberikan margin keuntungan yang memadai bagi industri kecil. Penelitian disusun menjadi beberapa tahapan yaitu: (1) Mendesain ulir dan die ekstruder; (2) Menguji performa ekstruder dengan penyesuaian kecepatan bahan masuk, kecepatan putar ulir serta suhu pemasakan; (3) Mengevaluasi karakter produk yang dihasilkan dari segi mutu dan penerimaan konsumen; (4) Melakukan studi kelayakan ekonomi.Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh dari tahun pertama adalah produksi ulir dan ekstruder teroptimalisasi dengan single screw bersudut 7,5 derajat yang memghasilkan tekanan aliran fluida sebesar 1,2038339 x 10 pangkat 17 Pa, kecepatan ulir 450 rpm dengan teknik cold extrusion yang mampu menghasilkan beras tiruan optimal dengan penggunaan formulasi bahan baku 30% tepung jagung dan 70% tepung mocaf yang menghasilkan pengukuran warna dengan nilai L 76,26, a+5,35 dan b+31,39, kadar protein 9,73%; kadar serat 5%; kadar air 9%; kadar abu 0,52%; kadar lemak 1,12%; dan densitas kamba 0,58 g/ml. Bakteri yang digunakan untuk Biologically Modified Cassava Flour adalah bakteri hasil pengembangan dari tim peneliti dengan strain baru L. plantarum polije 15420. Baik rancangan desain ulir, formulasi serta metode pembuatan beras tiruan maupun bakteri telah diajukan untuk proses drafting paten.

    Abstract: Children must care their parent as their devotion to their parent. In Indonesia, that kind condition is a common situation. But, to handling this situation in this global era is more difficult because many children choose going to another city or another region to do some activity like taking a job or going to college. It gives an impact to their parent especially when their parent is too old and needs to be cared. This motivation in this paper is based on this kind problem. The development of application uses Waterfall. The system must meet the requirement so not just technichal development is performed, social study must be conducted in the process. We use several testings such blackbox testing, server testing, and usefulness identity. Commonly, we got unsatisfied result based on testing, so some repairement must be conducted.
