    Abstract: ABSTRACT Scheduling is an assignment activity related to a number of constraints, a number of events that can occur in a period of time and place or location so that the objective function as closely as possible can be fulfilled. In the hierarchy of decision making, scheduling is the last step before the start of an operation. Scheduling the assignment of KRI in Koarmatim is an interesting topic to be discussed and resolved using a mathematical method. The scheduling process of KRI assignments at Koarmatim is done to produce annual JOP / JOG. This process requires not only rapid follow-up, but also requires systematic steps. The scheduling of assignments applied by Koarmatim is currently carried out by personnel by not using mathematical calculations. The ship assignment scheduling process in this research was carried out using the Binary Integer Programming (BIP) method approach with the aim of minimizing costs and maximizing the purpose of the ship assignment. The scheduling observed was 25 ships carrying out operations for 52 weeks (1 year). The mathematical formulation of the BIP model is made up of one objective function and Three constraint functions. Then the development of the BIP model is then completed, the computer uses Excel Solver. The results obtained that the BIP model applied to scheduling KRI Koarmatim assignments is the maximum coverage area reached is 93,651,234 NM2, with an area safeguard level of 76,11 from the entire area of operating sector I to IX (1,230,442 NM2). BIP is an appropriate method to be used as a method in scheduling the assignment of KRI in Koarmatim.  Keywords: Scheduling, Ship assignments, Binary Integer Programming

    Abstract: Abstract. Lava domes are subjected to structural weakening that can lead to gravitational collapse and produce pyroclastic flows that may travel up to several kilometers from a volcano's summit. At Merapi volcano, Indonesia, pyroclastic flows are a major hazard, frequently causing high numbers of casualties. After the Volcanic Explosivity Index 4 eruption in 2010, a new lava dome developed on Merapi volcano and was structurally destabilized by six steam-driven explosions between 2012 and 2014. Previous studies revealed that the explosions produced elongated open fissures and a delineated block in the southern dome sector. Here, we investigated the geomorphology, structures, thermal fingerprint, alteration mapping and hazard potential of the Merapi lava dome by using drone-based geomorphologic data and forward-looking thermal infrared images. The block on the southern dome of Merapi is delineated by a horseshoe-shaped structure with a maximum depth of 8 m and it is located on the unbuttressed southern steep flank. We identify intense thermal, fumarole and hydrothermal alteration activities along this horseshoe-shaped structure. We conjecture that hydrothermal alteration may weaken the horseshoe-shaped structure, which then may develop into a failure plane that can lead to gravitational collapse. To test this instability hypothesis, we calculated the factor of safety and ran a numerical model of block-and-ash flow using Titan2D. Results of the factor of safety analysis confirm that intense rainfall events may reduce the internal friction and thus gradually destabilize the dome. The titan2D model suggests that a hypothetical gravitational collapse of the delineated unstable dome sector may travel southward for up to 4 km. This study highlights the relevance of gradual structural weakening of lava domes, which can influence the development fumaroles and hydrothermal alteration activities of cooling lava domes for years after initial emplacement.

    Abstract: Beberapa penelitian terdahulu berhasil membuktikan bahwa produk mi instan yang diperkaya bayam menunjukkan tingkat penerimaan panelis yang cukup baik. Namun demikian, munculnya tambahan biaya akibat fortifikasi bayam yang secara langsung dapat mengakibatkan peningkatan harga produk, belum dikaji secara jelas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kelayakan usaha dari mi bayam. Penelitian diawali dengan pembuatan mi bayam (mi dengan fortifikasi ekstrak bayam). Selanjutnya semua komponen biaya terkait operasional produksi mi bayam dicatat sebagai informasi dalam melakukan analisis Break Event Point (BEP) dan Benefit per Cost Ratio (B/C ratio). Hasil perhitungan menunjukkan bahwa harga pokok BEP produk sebesar 3 kemasan dengan rasio B/C sebesar 1,9. Dapat disimpulkan kegiatan usaha produksi mi bayam layak secara ekonomis untuk dijalankan ditinjau dari BEP dan B/C ratio. Kajian ini diharapkan dapat memberi informasi bahwa mi bayam berpotensi sebagai bisnis baru di bidang pangan fungsional khususnya diversifikasi produk olahan mi yang menyehatkan (mi fungsional).Business Potency of Spinach Noodle as a Product Diversification of Healthy NoodleAbstractPrevious study successfully proved that spinach fortified instant noodle showed a fairly good panelist preference. However, the emergence of additional costs due to spinach fortification which can directly lead to an increase in product prices has not been clearly assessed. This study was aimed to get more insight the level of business feasibility on the spinach noodle. Study was initiated by spinach noodle production (spinach extract fortified noodle). Furthermore, all of production cost was documented as data source for analyzing Break Event Point (BEP) and Benefit per Cost (B/C) ratio. The result showed that the cost of BEP product was 3 pack with B/C ratio equal to 1.9. It can be concluded that business activity of the spinach noodle was feasible economically to carry out. This study was expected to provide information about potency of spinach noodle as a new business in functional food field especially diversification of healthy noodle processed products (functional noodle).•••••

    Abstract: This paper describes the work done in order to make Matlab Simulink based steam generator simulator in the simulation of a steam generator. The steam generator under this research is operated with the steam quality of 72%, O2 content is 1.2%, designed steam volume flow is 3600 barrel per day at a maximum and designed fuel gas volume flow is 1300 Thousand Standard Cubic Feet (MSCF) per day at a maximum. The simulator program of the steam generator is separated into individual components consisting of Burner, Radiant, Convection, Exhaust Stack, Feedwater Pump Discharge and Steam Discharge. Within the components, thermodynamics and heat transfer principles such as conduction, convection, radiation and also conservation of mass, momentum, and energy were applied to compute the pressure values, temperature values, and flow rate values of simulated field device based on the command and setpoint from PLC. The validation process has been done with the steam generator is operating in a steady state to the 10 important process parameters of the steam generator. The error percentage calculated from a difference between the simulation result value and the actual value from field data reference divide by actual value from field data reference. The error percentage results are as following : Fuel Gas Orifice Differential Pressure : 2.39%, Fuel Gas Pressure : 1.37%, Fuel Gas Temperature : 5.95%, Fuel Gas Flow Rate : 1.25%, Feedwater Orifice Differential Pressure : 1.94%, Feedwater Pressure : 1.54%, Feedwater Flow Rate : 0.92%, Steam Orifice Differential Pressure 3.26%, Steam Discharge Pressure 1.93% and Steam Quality : 0.05%.

    Abstract: Tropical regions is a region endemic to various infectious diseases. At the same time an area of high potential for the presence of infectious diseases. Infectious diseases still a major public health problem in Indonesia. Identification of endemic areas of infectious diseases is an important issue in the field of health, the average level of patients with physical disabilities and death are sourced from infectious diseases. Data Mining in its development into one of the main trends in the processing of the data. Data Mining could effectively identify the endemic regions of hubunngan between variables. K-means algorithm klustering used to classify the endemic areas so that the identification of endemic infectious diseases can be achieved with the level of validation that the maximum in the clustering. The use of optimization to identify the endemic areas of infectious diseases combines k-means clustering algorithm with optimization particle swarm optimization ( PSO ). the results of the experiment are endemic to the k-means algorithm with iteration =10, the K-Fold =2 has Index davies bauldin = 0.169 and k-means algorithm with PSO, iteration = 10, the K-Fold = 5, index davies bouldin = 0.113. k-fold = 5 has better performance.

    Abstract: Peran dan fungsi care provider  interdisiplin dalam pelayanan kesehatan masih terfragmentasi sehingga pelayanan kesehatan interdisiplin yang diberikan kepada pasien menjadi tumpang tindih.  Fragmentasi interdisiplin dapat diatasi melalui Interprofessional collaborative practice (ICP). Kolaborasi yang baik diantara tim profesional kesehatan sangat diperlukan, agar dapat bertukar informasi dengan jelas dan komprehensif. Kompetensi inti dalam Interprofessional collaborative practice (ICP) adalah komunikasi interprofesional yang efektif. Tujuan dari systematic review ini untuk mengetahui apakah ICP dapat meningkatkan kemampuan tenaga kesehatan dalam melakukan komunikasi interprofesional. Metode yang digunakan Systematic review dengan cara melakukan penelusuran literature data base dari Ebscho, Sciendirect, PubMed dan Google scholar dengan menggunakan advanced search keyword. Kata kunci yang dipilih adalah Interprofessional Collaborative Practice (ICP), Communication Interprofessional, health workers. Pencarian dibatasi pada tahun 2006 – 2016, pdf full text dan menggunakan bahasa inggris. Kriteria inklusi dari artikel, ini yaitu responden : tenaga kesehatan, intervensi yang digunakan Interprofessional Collaborative Practice (ICP), outcome yang diukur adalah kemampuan komunikasi interprofesional tenaga kesehatan. Didapatkan 6 artikel yang sesuai dengan kriteria inklusi, ke 6 artikel ini dilakukan review. Hasil : masing masing artikel memberikan outcome terhadap peningkatan komunikasi interprofesional dan 2 artikel menghasilkan 3 tema. ICP secara efektif dapat meningkatkan kemampuan tenaga kesehatan dalam melakukan komunikasi interprofesional. Diharapkan pimpinan rumah sakit dapat membuat kebijakan khusus terkait pelaksanaan ICP dan merancang model pelaksanaan ICP yang melibatkan semua profesi kesehatan agar dapat diaplikasikan di pelayanan kesehatan sebagai upaya pengembangan komunikasi interprofesional yang efektif serta meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan kesehatan yang bermutu sehingga peran profesional setiap disiplin berjalan dengan baik.

    Abstract: Latar Belakang : Komunikasi interprofesi merupakan elemen penting dalam pemberian pelayanan kesehatan kepada pasien. Kegagalan dalam komunikasi antar petugas kesehatan dapat mengakibatkan adverse event yang terjadi di rumah sakit. Tujuan penelitian : Mengetahui efektivitas komunikasi interprofesional untuk meningkatkan keselamatan pasien. Metode & Sumber data : Metode yang digunakan yaitu systematic review. Sumber data yang didapat berasal dari jurnal Ebsco, PubMed, dan Google Scholar. Kriteria inklusi & eksklusi  : Jurnal terkait bentuk pengembangn komunikasi interprofesi, jurnal berbahasa Inggris, tahun publikasi antara 2011-2016, jurnal pdf full text. Hasil : Dari empat artikel jurnal yang diriview didapatkan hasil bahwa komunikasi interprofesi efektiv untuk meningkatkan keselamatan pasien di rumah sakit. Kesimpulan : Komunikasi Interprofesional efektif untuk meningkatkan keselamatan pasien dan menurunkan angka insiden keselataman pasien di rumah sakit.

    Abstract: The aim is to determine the optimum combination of inorganic fertilizer and organic materials for increasing the productivity of rice crop (Oryza sativa L.). The experiment was conducted in February–June 2015 in Kebadu, Sanggau, West Kalimantan, Indonesia. The study area was located at 00°0.08,785′ N north latitude and 110°0.07,175′ E east longitude with ultisol soil; the altitude is 32 m above sea level, rainfall level ranges between 185–267 mm month−1, and the solar radiation is 375.49–452.58 cal cm−2 day−1. This study used a factorial randomized block design. The first factor was the inorganic fertilization (without fertilizer, inorganic fertilizer 50%, 100%, and 150%) and the second factor was the addition of organic materials (EM4 2 l ha−1, chicken manure 2 t ha−1, and manure 2 t ha−1 + EM4 2 l ha−1). Results showed that the application of chicken manure and a combination of chicken manure + EM4 could reduce the need for inorganic fertilizer NPK by up to 50% with productivity that ranged from 4.18–4.20 t ha−1; this is relatively similar to 100% and 150% inorganic fertilizer NPK, and can increase the harvest by up to 68% compared to the no-NPK inorganic fertilizer.
