    Abstract: The learning process in higher education, especially biology education, cannot be separated from practicum activities. The process of practicum activities with various observations of course requires a proper practicum guide so that the development of a microtechnical practicum guide is needed. The practical guide accompanied by the android system is expected to help students to more easily carry out practicum activities. Of course, these studies require a valid theoretical study to support scientific work to be better. This paper aims to describe the understanding of theory, the different forms of theory, the role and function of theory, as well as theory building techniques, including the practical ability to produce citations in theoretical research using methods and methods of citing references and this paper aims to find out that the development of an android-based practicum guide can be used as a reference. learning media by examining various articles that have been published.

    Abstract: Faktor pergerakan indeks global sering dijadikan indikator oleh investor dalam mengambil keputusan bertransaksi di pasar modal Indonesia. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh indeks pasar saham global khususnya DJIA, FTSE 100, SSEC, dan Indeks Straits Times terhadap Indeks Harga Saham Gabungan (ICI) di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan data sekunder berupa time series harga penutupan akhir bulan dari setiap indeks pasar saham pada bulan Oktober 2016 sampai dengan September 2021. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dalam jangka panjang, FTSE 100 dan Straits Times Indeks berpengaruh signifikan terhadap ICI. Sedangkan DJIA dan SSEC tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap ICI. Selain itu secara simultan, DJIA, FTSE 100, SSEC, dan Straits Times Index berpengaruh signifikan terhadap ICI dalam jangka pendek. Dengan demikian, disimpulkan bahwa pergerakan indeks pasar saham global dapat mempengaruhi pergerakan ICI. Dimana investor domestik menjadikan faktor ini sebagai perilaku pengambilan keputusan dalam transaksi saham yang tepat untuk memaksimalkan keuntungannya.   The factor of the movement of the global index is often used as an indicator by investors in making transaction decisions in the Indonesian capital market. The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of global stock market indices, particularly the DJIA, FTSE 100, SSEC, and Straits Times Index to Indonesia Composite Index (ICI) on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This research was quantitative research using secondary data in the form of time series of closing prices at the end of the month from each stock market index from October 2016 to September 2021. The results showed that in the long term, the FTSE 100 and Straits Times Index had a significant effect on the ICI. While the DJIA and SSEC has no significant effect on the ICI. Also simultaneously, the DJIA, FTSE 100, SSEC, and Straits Times Index have a significant effect on the ICI in the short term. It was concluded that the movement of the global stock market index could affect the movement of the ICI. Which domestic investors who make this factor as a decision-making behavior in stock transactions are correct in order to maximize their profit.

    Abstract: Dalam melaksanakan usaha peningkatan mutu pendidikan Departemen Pendidikan Nasional memberika kebijakan untuk terus meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya manusia. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh supervisi akademik dan budaya sekolah terhadap kinerja guru. Tempat penelitian dilakukan di SMA Negeri yang terdapat di Kecamatan Kota Agung Kabupaten Tanggamus dengan jumlah 111 guru masing-masing; 50 orang guru di SMA Negeri 1 Kota Agung, 36 orang Guru di SMA Negeri 2 Kota Agung dan 25 orang di SMA Muhammadiyah Kota Agung. Teknik penggumpulan data menggunakan angket/kuisoner dan wawancara. Teknik analisis data menggunakan Uji F digunakan untuk menguji variabel bebas secara simultan atau bersama-sama mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan atau tidak signifikan dengan variabel terikat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan supervisi akademik kepala sekolah memberikan pengaruh terhadap kinerja guru. Budaya sekolah memberikan pengaruh positif terhadap kinerja guru sebesar 0,328. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa supervisi akademik dan budaya sekolah berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja guru.

    Abstract: Learning media is an intermediary used for student learning tools. Students inthe learning process feel bored with the delivery of material. Submission ofmaterial that is less varied causes students to be less active so that theunderstanding of the material is not optimal. The teacher uses torso media inlearning but the learning outcomes are still less than KKM (Minimumcompleteness criteria). One way to overcome this is by developing monopolygames as biology learning media. Monopoly game is a type of board gamethat aims to accumulate wealth and control complexes on a monopoly boardgame. The teacher can modify the shape of this monopoly board game (astuti:2014). The use of instructional media appropriately and varied can overcomethe passive attitudes of students and overcome boredom during the learningprocess. Monopoly Game Development as a Biology Learning Media Materialof Digestive System Based on STAD (Student Teams Achievement Division)Method is interesting to be studied.The purpose of this research is to producea media product in the form of a decent monopoly game for learning biologyof the human digestive system. This type of research is the development of the4D model (Define, Design, Develop, Desseminat or 4 P called defining,planning, developing and disseminating. Monopoly Game Development as aBiological Learning Media for Digestive System Material using the STAD(Student Teams Achievement Division) method. Media development wasvalidated by biology lecturers and subject teachers as media design expertsand the material was subsequently tested on grade XI students.The results ofrecapitulation of expert validation and student trials showed very goodcriteria, namely: (a) Aspects of media design reached an average score of88.7% (b) Aspects of material reached an average score of 89.1% and (c)trials learners reach a score of 90.25%. This study can be concluded that theMonopoly Game as a Learning Media for Biology of the Digestive SystemMaterial Based on the STAD Method (Student Teams Achievement Division) issuitable for the learning process facilities.

    Abstract: Abstrak: : Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran discovery learning berbasis augmented reality terhadap hasil belajar kognitif materi sistem ekskresi manusia pada siswa Kelas VIII SMPN 2 Raman Utara. Jenis penelitian ini adalah eksperimen semu dengan menggunakan Posttest Only Control Design, peneliti menggunakan instrument berupa butir soal tes uraian (essay) yang digunakan peneliti untuk mengukur kemampuan peserta didik setelah melakukan proses belajar dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran Discovey Learning Berbasis Augmented Reality. Penelitian ini menggunakan 2 kelas yaitu kelas kontrol dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran konvensional dan kelas eksperimen menggunakan model pembelajaran Discovery Learning Berbasis Augmented Reality. Data penelitian diuji hipotesis dengan Independent Sampel t-test. Hasil uji dengan uji normalitas menunjukan Sig 〉 daripada α=0,05 yaitu 0,908 〉 0,05, dan untuk uji homogenitas didapatkan nilai 0,715 yang berarti terima H0 kedua populasi mempunyai varians yang homogen (sama), kemudian pada uji Independent Sample t-test didapatkan nilai sig 〈 dari ( = 5%) yaitu 0,001 〈 0,05 Sehingga ada pengaruh model pembelajaran discovery learning berbasis augmented reality terhadap hasil belajar kognitif materi sistem ekskresi manusia pada siswa Kelas VIII SMPN 2 Raman Utara.   Kata kunci: model Discovery Learning, hasil belajar siswa Abstract: The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the augmented reality-based discovery learning model on cognitive learning outcomes of the human excretory system material in Class VIII students of SMPN 2 Raman Utara. This type of research is a quasi-experimental using the Posttest Only Control Design, the researcher uses an instrument in the form of essay test items used by researchers to measure the ability of students after carrying out the learning process using the Augmented Reality Based Discovery Learning learning model. This study used 2 classes, namely the control class using conventional learning models and the experimental class using the Augmented Reality Based Discovery Learning model. The research data was tested by the hypothesis with the Independent Sample t-test. The test results with the normality test show Sig 〉 than α = 0.05, namely 0.908 〉 0.05, and for the homogeneity test a value of 0.715 is obtained, which means that accept H0, the two populations have homogeneous (same) variance, then test the Independent Sample t-test obtained a sig value 〈 of (α = 5%), namely 0.001 〈 0.05 So that there is an influence of the augmented reality-based discovery learning model on cognitive learning outcomes of human excretory system material in Class VIII students of SMPN 2 Raman Utara.
