    Abstract: Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis faktor yang memengaruhi mutu produksi beras HT, serta menganalisis alternatif strategi yang cocok digunakan dalam pengendalian mutu produksi beras HT. Pokok permasalahan dalam penelitian ini yaitu belum efektifnya pelaksanan pengendalian kualitas bahan baku. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif. Data diperoleh dari hasil wawancara dari tiga responden dengan metode purposive sampling. Teknik analisa data yang digunakan yaitu analisis diagram Fishbone, diagram Pareto, dan Analitycal Hierarchy Process (AHP). Hasil penelitian menunjukan terdapat lima faktor yang mempengaruhi mutu produksi beras HT yaitu faktor SDM, faktor mesin, faktor bahan baku, faktor metode, dan faktor lingkungan. Hasil penelitian dengan menggunakan metode Analitycal Hierarchy Process (AHP) dapat merekomendasikan tiga alternatif strategi dalam pengendalian mutu produksi beras HT di CV. Karya Bersama Sehati, antara lain kualitas SDM, pengendalian mutu bahan baku, sarana prasarana. Strategi pengendalian mutu yang diprioritaskan untuk memperbaiki kualitas mutu produksi beras HT di CV. Karya Bersama Sehati Kabupaten Banyuwangi yaitu kualitas SDM dengan memberikan pelatihan keterampilan pekerja serta penambahan wawasan mengenai beras. Hasil penerapan penelitian meliputi sosialisasi dan pembuatan SOP proses produksi.

    National Early Warning Score Parameters at the Emergency Department as In Hospital Cardiac Arrest Predictors

    Abstract: In Hospital Cardiac Arrest (IHCA) is fairly common occurrence, although it can be prevented. Physiological status monitoring at Emergency Departement (ED) is crucial for early detection of potential IHCA incidence. National Early Warning Score (NEWS) is a scoring system to assess deterioration of patient's condition, but it is not yet known which parameters that have predictive value for IHCA incidence. Examine NEWS parameters of the patients while at the ED that have predictive value of IHCA incidence. This study was conducted retrospectively on inpatient medical records. The NEWS parameters examined were respiration rate score, oxygen saturation score, body temperature score, systolic blood pressure score, pulse rate score and level of consciousness score. Logistic regression analysis was used to test the predictive ability of NEWS parameters. Total score NEWS proved to be correlated with IHCA incidence (p=0.000; r=0.434). Parameters that have predictive value are systolic blood pressure score (p=0.001; OR=14.730), respiration rate score (p=0.000; OR=14.483) and level of consciousness score (p=0.000; OR=6.920). The NEWS parameter when the patients will be transferred from ED to the wards that have predictive value for IHCA incidence are systolic blood pressure score, respiration rate score and level of consciousness score.

    Comparison of Trauma Scoring Ability to Predict Survival Rate in Countries with Low to Middle-Income

    Abstract: The use of trauma scoring in the hospital is very important because it has a significant impact both clinically and economically. However, not all trauma scoring that we know today is suitable for use in low to middle-income countries or applied in hospitals with limited resources. The purpose of compiling a systematic review is to identify which trauma scoring is most appropriate for use in low to middle-income countries. This systematic review was built by identifying scientific articles published between 2010-2019. Search for articles was carried out with the keywords "Trauma Scoring" and "Low And Middle-Income Country". The search was carried out with the help of databases including ProQuest, science direct, and PubMed and SpringerLink. From this search, we found 3802 articles. Furthermore, the 3802 articles were screened with the help of PRISMA flow diagrams and criticized with the JBI tool. After that, 9 articles relevant to the research question were obtained to be analyzed into a systematic review. The results showed that 4 articles were stating that the Kampala Trauma Score (KTS) had a higher AUC ROC value when compared to another trauma scoring. Also, in these four articles, KTS had the lowest AIC score. Thus, it can be concluded that VCT is trauma scoring which is most suitable to be applied in low to middle-income countries or hospitals in rural areas with limited resources.

    Abstract: There are differences in the mosques performed before and during the Covid-19 pandemic, but these differences do not hinder the mosque's goals. This study aims to find out how the role of mosques in fostering reading the Qur'an during the Covid-19 pandemic and the inhibiting and supporting factors. Research on the involvement of mosques in the development of reading the Koran during the pandemic has been explored using a qualitative case study approach. The data collected was obtained using field research methods and literature studies. The findings in this study explain that the power of mosques as educational centers continues during the Covid-19 pandemic. The spirit of reading the Koran during the pandemic encountered several obstacles. This study provides distribution in theory and practice for Muslims during the Covid-19 pandemic for empowering mosques as an educational center.

    Abstract: Kinerja Pegawai pada Sekretariat DPRD Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta belum optimal, masih ada beberapa program kerja yang capaiannya belum sesuai dengan target. Untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang menyebabkan kinerja pegawai Sekretariat DPRD DIY belum optimal, menganalisis kinerja pegawai Sekretariat DPRD DIY belum optimal, mengevaluasi kinerja pegawai Sekretariat DPRD DIY senyatanya, merumuskan upaya untuk mengatasi masalah belum optimal kinerja pegawai Sekretariat DPRD DIY Jenis penelitian adalah kualitatif, metode analisis: diskriptif kualitatif dan diskriptif komparatif. Dari hasil penelitian tersebut didapatkan bahwa faktor-faktor yang menyebabkan kinerja pegawai Sekretariat DPRD DIY belum optimal adalah kurangnya jumlah pegawai karena banyak pegawai yang memasuki purna tugas, dan kebijakan Pemerintah yang menerapkan moratorium, sehingga satu pegawai harus melaksanakan beberapa pekerjaan. Yang menyebabkan kinerja pegawai Sekretariat DPRD DIY belum optimal adalah karena penempatan pegawai yang belum sesuai dengan pendidikan dan kompetensinya, kompetensi pegawai yang masih rendah, pegawai dengan lulusan SLTA tidak bisa komputer, kurangnya kemauan pegawai untuk menyesuaikan dengan perkembangan Teknologi dan Informasi, dan beban kerja yang semakin hari semakin tinggi. Kinerja pegawai Sekretariat DPRD DIY senyatanya adalah sudah baik, akan tetapi masih belum optimal, masih perlu ditingkatkan, diperlukan koordinasi antar bagian, kerja sama antar bagian, masih diperlukan pengarahan dan pembinaan dari pimpinan. Upaya untuk mengatasi masalah belum optimalnya kinerja pegawai pada Sekretariat DPRD Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta adalah dengan mengusulkan penambahan pegawai, menempatkan pegawai sesuai dengan pendidikan dan kompentensinya, pembinaan dari pimpinan, koordinasi antar bagian, kerjasama antar bagian, dan mengikutsertakan pegawai pada program Diklat atau Bimtek untuk menunjang ketugasan sehari-hari sesuai dengan tugas dan fungsinya. Kesimpulannya bahwa ada faktor-faktor yang menyebabkan kinerja pegawai Sekretariat DPRD DIY belum optimal adalah kurangnya jumlah pegawai, kebijakan moratorium dari Pemerintah, yang menyebabkan kinerja pegawai Sekretariat DPRD DIY belum optimal adalah penempatan pegawai belum sesuai dengan latar belakang pendidikan dan kompetensi, beban kerja tinggi, kinerja pegawai Sekretariat DPRD DIY senyatanya adalah sudah baik tetapi belum optimal, upaya untuk mengatasi masalah belum optimal kinerja pegawai Sekretariat DPRD DIY dengan usulan penambahan pegawai, penempatan sesuai latar pendidikan dan komptensi, pembinaan, Diklat/Bimtek. Untuk usulannya yaitu penambahan pegawai, penempatan pegawai sesuai pendidikan dan kompetensi, pembinaan, mengikutsertakan dalam Diklat atau Bimtek.

    Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh langsung dan tidak langsung kecerdasan emosional, kepuasan kerja dan komitmen guru, secara simultan dan parsial terhadap profesionalisme guru produktif SMK bidang keahlian TIK di kota Yogyakarta. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 66 dari 79 guru yang tersebar di 14 SMK di wilayah kota Yogyakarta. Teknik sampling menggunakan proportionate random sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data penelitian menggunakan angket tertutup. Teknik analisis menggunakan analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial, kecerdasan emosional guru secara signifikan berpengaruh langsung terhadap profesionalisme guru produktif SMK bidang keahlian TIK di kota Yogyakarta, dengan kontribusi sebesar 0,701 (faktor determinan). Selanjutnya, tidak ada pengaruh langsung kepuasan kerja guru terhadap profesionalisme guru produktif SMK bidang keahlian TIK di kota Yogyakarta. Komitmen guru secara signifikan berpengaruh langsung terhadap profesionalisme guru produktif SMK bidang keahlian TIK di kota Yogyakarta, dengan kontribusi sebesar 0,224. Sementara itu, secara simultan kecerdasan emosional, kepuasan kerja dan komitmen guru secara signifikan berpengaruh terhadap profesionalisme guru produktif SMK bidang keahlian TIK di kota Yogyakarta, dengan kontribusi sebesar 57%.  DETERMINANT FACTORS OF THE PROFESSIONALISM OF VOCATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL TEACHERS IN THE INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATION TECHNOLOGYAbstractThis study aims to determine direct and indirect effects of teachers’ emotional intelligence, job satisfaction and commitment, both simultaneously and partially, on the professionalism of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) productive teachers in the vocational high schools (VHSs) of Yogyakarta City. The research sample were 66 of 79 ICT productive teachers in 14 VHSs in Yogyakarta City. The sampling technique was proportionate random sampling. The data collecting techniques was a questionnaire. The data were analyzed using the path analysis technique. The results show that partially, teachers’ emotional intelligence significantly and directly affects the ICT productive teachers’ professionalism in VHSs of Yogyakarta City, with a contribution of 0,701 (determinant factor). Furthermore, teachers’ job satisfaction does not directly affect the ICT productive teachers’ professionalism in VHSs of Yogyakarta City. Significantly, teachers’ commitment directly affects the ICT productive teachers’ professionalism in VHSs of Yogyakarta City, with a contribution of 0,224. Meanwhile, simultaneously teachers’ emotional intelligence, job satisfaction and commitment significantly and directly affect the ICT productive teachers’ professionalism in VHSs of Yogyakarta City, with contributions by 57%.

    Promoting East Java Culinary Practices in Webtoon From the Generation Z Perspective

    Abstract: The challenge of every industry today, including the culinary industry, is understanding the mindset and consumption patterns of Generation Z. They were born and raised side by side with the internet, social media, and technology. Their mindset and consumption patterns are different from the previous generation, especially in terms of mastery of technology and information. The aim of this study was to examine how Generation Z perceives new media of Webtoon as a medium of culinary promotion in East Java. This was mixed-methods research with an explanatory sequential approach. Data collection techniques included online questionnaires, interviews, and pre- and post-tests with 39 respondents. The results showed that there was a difference in the knowledge of Generation Z about East Java culinary practices after reading Webtoon, but the average difference between the pre- and post-test was low. This finding contradicts the perception that Generation Z favors Webtoon as a medium. The in-depth findings showed that this inconsistency is related to personal preferences in media selection. For Generation Z, although Webtoon is not a priority as a medium for the promotion of East Java culinary practices, Webtoon has three functions: a transmitter of information, disseminator of cultural values, and source of entertainment.
