    Abstract: The stamps for hot deformation are widely adopted in industry. In use they are affected by high temperatures, tension (close to a fluidity limit) and variable thermal loadings. High-hardenability tool steels with high mechanical characteristics are used for stamps production. In this article, the possibility of use of 5KhNM steel for this goal is considered. One of technological operations at production of stamps is training in oil. It is rational to apply volume and superficial hardening, in particular chemical heat treatment, to improve operational characteristics of stamps, including wear resistance. The way of superficial hardening by the combined heating under chemical and thermal and heat treatment is presented. As a superficial way of hardening of largesize stamps of hot deformation, it is offered to use borating. Optimum temperature and time parameters of heating under the combined heat treatment are chosen and confirmed. The offered mode of chemical heat treatment allows receiving the necessary thickness of the borated layer providing high hardness and corrosion resistance in the working range of temperatures of a stamp. Also the influence of heat treatment on structure and grain size of the samples has been researched. It is shown that with increase in temperature and hold time, the size of grain increases. It leads to decrease in strength, fluidity, hardness and impact strength that can negatively influence operational properties of stamps. For definition of mechanical characteristics, the samples (in the studied range of temperatures and excerpts) have been tested for stretching and impact strength. All tests were carried out according to the existing state standard specifications. On the basis of these results, temperature and time of borating are chosen providing high mechanical properties and thickness of a borated layer. The offered approach has allowed reducing economic costs of stamps production from 5KhNM steel by exception from technological process of repeated heating for training with saving the required operational characteristics of largesize stamps.

    Abstract: Минков К. А., Минков А. Н., Мартынов С. В., Калинов А. М. Мобильный комплекс для регулируемой водо-воздушной закалки кузнечной оснастки // Обработка материалов давлением. – 2019. – № 1 (48). – С. 193–198. Рассмотрена проблема повышения стойкости инструмента для горячего деформирования сталей. Рассмотрены требования к наиболее используемым для производства оснастки сталям 5ХНМ и 4Х5МФС, а также существующие традиционные способы их обеспечения. Описаны закалочные среды, применяемые при упрочнении оснастки, показаны их сильные и слабые стороны. Представлен сравнительно новый способ упрочнения – регулируемая водо-воздушная закалка, его преимущества перед объёмным погружением в среду, а также его экологическая чистота. Описаны некоторые стационарные и передвижные установки, используемые в настоящее время, а также предприятия, на которых такие установки работают. Даны их описания и принцип работы. Описана установка, разработанная на ПАО «Русполимет». Показаны ее принципиальные отличия от подобных установок: применение компьютерного управления работой двухфазных водо-воздушных форсунок при помощи специализированного программного обеспечения, наличие запорных электроклапанов и системы пароулавливания. Дано ее описание, приведены эскизы и описан принцип работы. Преимуществом компьютерного управления авторы статьи считают возможность изменения интенсивности орошения поверхности охлаждаемого изделия непосредственно в процессе охлаждения, что особенно важно при закалке крупногабаритных штампов, так как позволяет обеспечить изотермические условия в области мартенситного превращения, предотвращая тем самым трещинообразование и поводки металла, в отличие от непрерывного охлаждения металла в процессе объёмной закалки при использовании традиционных способов. Наличие же двух дискретно регулируемых охладительных контуров установки позволяет получить дифференцированную твердость рабочей зоны штампа и хвостовика. Представлено разработанное авторами устройство для получения водо-воздушной смеси высокой однородности и плотности – двухфазная водо-воздушная форсунка. Дано ее описание и преимущества перед подобными устройствами. Разработана методика определения интенсивности охлаждения с использованием специализированного стенда

    Abstract: Vibrational-rotation levels of the yrast and first nonyrast alternating-parity bands of the lanthanide [Formula: see text]Nd, [Formula: see text] Sm, [Formula: see text]Gd, [Formula: see text] Er and actinide [Formula: see text]Th, [Formula: see text] U, [Formula: see text]Pu nuclei are studied in the framework of a nonadiabatic collective model of even–even nuclei with quadrupole and octupole deformations. The theoretical spectra are obtained through the use of Gauss and harmonic-oscillator (HO) potentials in the radial part of the Schrödinger equation which is taken in polar coordinates. The change of the surface deformation of the nucleus with the collective excitation energy is taken into account. The [Formula: see text] staggering structure of the yrast alternating-parity bands is also considered. The theoretically obtained energy bands and staggering diagrams are in good agreement with the corresponding experimental data and point out the soft character of the collective quadrupole–octupole deformation mode manifesting in these nuclei.

    Abstract: In this paper, we develop a nonadiabatic collective model for even–even nuclei with effective triaxial quadrupole and octupole deformations. The model describes three-dimensional quadrupole–octupole rotation coupled with axial quadrupole–octupole vibrations. The moment-of-inertia tensor depends on the angular part of the polar coordinates in the quadrupole–octupole space, the values of which are determined from the ground state of the nucleus. In this model framework, the collective states of the yrast-alternating-parity band in the lanthanides [Formula: see text]Sm, [Formula: see text] Gd, [Formula: see text]Dy and the actinides [Formula: see text] Th, [Formula: see text]U, [Formula: see text] Pu are studied.
