Abstract: Despite suicide's prominence as a worldwide killer, research into the phenomenon has been slowed by several obstacles. First, self-reports of suicidal thoughts and intentions have been almost exclusively used in previous attempts to predict suicide. This is problematic since there are well-known reporting biases in self-reported data. It is particularly troublesome in the case of suicide since many persons are driven to conceal their suicidal intentions to avoid being hospitalised. The Bayesian models were created by employing a retrospective cohort technique. Predictors of future reported suicide conduct were established using electronic health record information from a large healthcare database encompassing 15 years (1998-2012. The effectiveness of the models was evaluated retroactively by utilizing a separate testing data set. Suicide risk assessment may benefit from longitudinal EHR data, often available in clinical settings. Automated risk screening tools may improve prediction beyond what is possible for human clinicians by considering the whole phenotypic range of the EHR.

Abstract: Blockchain, so enthralling is that it ties in with technology, economics, and psychology. In this manual the author has explored it from a legal perspective, as well. Is that why people get so excited about blockchain – because there are so many different areas to think about? The fact that it is so multidisciplinary is actually more of a challenge for people than what gets them into it. Almost no one has the requisite expertise in all these different areas, so it leads to a lot of misunderstandings where people think they understand what’s going on, but only see one part of it. The manual describes the characteristics and indicators of a blockchain token to be considered as digital asset. Author has logically projected that digital assets may become universally recognised equivalent of value and have a legal tender status. In such a scenario this manual provides a credible tool to the practitioners in the field of finance to determine whether the characteristics of a blockchain token correspond to those of a digital asset. In the theoretical discussion author has beautifully explained the basic terms related to a blockchain token, to provide clarity at a glance, regarding the terms “digital asset”, “digital currency”, “virtual currency”, “cryptocurrency”, “virtual money”, “electronic money”. The analysis of all the terminologies have rightfully led to the conclusion that in most of the concerns digital asset means cryptocurrency. Author's approach in classifying the term digital asset with reference to the four components namely economic, legal, information and value is really commendable. The explanation is self satisfactory to showcase the huge potential of digital assets for real sector of economy and that's why there is a strong need for legal regulation. The methodology of principle of equivalence of categories proposed by the author to diagnose the equivalence of a blockchain token to a digital asset is fairly simple and reliable as all the nine categories “uniqueness”, “identifiability”, “regulability”, “sessionality”, “derivativeness”, “verfiability”, “transparency”, “decentralisation and “accountability” elaborated optimal characteristics to be at par with the existing international legal standards. A fairly simple and reliable mathematical formalization is there to determine that the diagnosed blockchain token corresponds to a digital asset. With all such incredible features the manual is really invaluable to all the practitioners’ as blockchain technology is rapidly changing landscapes of human life by bringing in efficiency both in terms of time and money. Inclusion of a thesaurus has really added a great value to the manual which provides conceptual clarity about the widely used terminologies in the context of blockchain technology.

Abstract: Worldwide, over 4 million babies die within a month of birth each year. Of these, 3.9 million are in developing countries. A proportion approximately 25% of these deaths are due to complications of premature birth, most commonly inadequate thermoregulation, water loss, and neonatal jaundice. An infant incubator provides stable temperature, relative humidity, and airflow values. A periodical calibration should be applied on infant incubator to monitor the functionality. The study aims to develop a calibration device that measures temperature, humidity, airflow, and noise in the baby incubator based on an Android application with Bluetooth communication to improve the calibration monitoring process. This is to achieve a better performance of the conventional INCU analyzer. The contribution of this research is that the values of the temperature, humidity, airflow, and noise can be displayed on both devices, the INCU analyzer machine, and mobile phone; thus, the user can monitor the measurement activities wirelessly. Furthermore, the statistical calculation for all measurements can be saved on a mobile phone device. The main design consists of temperature sensor LM35, humidity sensor DHT22, airflow sensor MPX5010DP, an analog signal conditioning circuit, an Arduino Mega microcontroller, Bluetooth module HC05, and Android mobile phone. The resulting design was compared to the standard or calibrator INCU analyzer machine (Fluke Biomedical INCU II). This study found that the smallest error is -1.72%°C, -0.106 % RH, -1.727% dB, and 〈 0.1% m/s for temperature, humidity, noise, and airflow parameters, respectively. After the evaluation process, this device can be used as an INCU analyzer to calibrate the infant incubator.

Abstract: Heart Rate Variability or heart rate in humans is used to monitor the heart rate in humans, the function of the heart rate monitor is to monitor the human heart rate. The purpose of making this tool is to compare the results of heart rate readings using the discrete wavelet transform method to facilitate the detection of R peak. This can be learned by evaluating and studying each decomposition result from level 1 to level 4 on Discrete Wavelet Transform processing using Haar mother wavelets. This study uses a raspberry pi 3B as a microcontroller as a data processor that is obtained from the ECG module. From this study, it can be concluded that in heart rate readings, level 2 decomposition details coefficient has the best value as data processing that helps for heart rate readings with an error value of 0.531%, HRV readings of 0.005 in comparison with phantom tools and a standard deviation of 0.039. The advantage of this tool is a good precision value in HRV and BPM readings. In reading the HRV of the respondent, it was found that each initial condition of the patient's HRV would be high due to the respondent's unstable condition. The disadvantage of this tool is that there is a delay in running the program, there is no display in the form of a signal in real time.

Abstract: The growing need for access to safer food items is increasing, and hence, there is a need for a better supply chain management system in the food industry is increasing. The increased complexity of the existing systems tends to introduce more issues to the stakeholders, and also, the cost of product traceability is quite high. Hence, the industry is looking for effective solutions in relation to drug traceability, and the application of Blockchain technology enables the stakeholders in the food and beverage (F & B) sector to track the movement of goods, supported in gathering the required details so that the contaminated products can be identified and recalled without much delay and lesser recall costs to protect the lives of the individuals. The tampered food items are increasing and are impacting the supply chain process, brand name of the companies, and claim assurance. They create an adverse impact on the health of the individuals and cause higher economic loss to the health-care industry. The existing studies tend to focus on laying emphasis of the need for an enhanced, effective, and end tracking systems in the industry. The emergence of Blockchain technology enables centralized tracking of information support in enhancing the data privacy and increasing transparency and support in eradicating the tampered food products in the supply chain system. These approaches leverage the usage of smart contracts and decentralize the storage of information in a secure manner for enhanced product traceability in the F & B industry. The implementation of smart contracts generates better data governance, which tends to meet the needs and requirements of the stakeholders, and applies effective measures of food traceability. The primary objective of the study is to perform an analysis of Blockchain in enhancing drug traceability in the food sector. The researcher uses quantitative analysis for the study as it helps in understanding the critical determinants influencing drug traceability in food effectively, the survey method is used to gather the information, and past reviews are also used to possess a better understanding of the subject area effectively.

Abstract: Gadolinium (Gd) is a based contrast agent is used for Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI). In India, gadobutrol has been is approved for MRI of the Central Nervous System (CNS), liver, kidneys, and breast. It has been noted in several studies that the accumulation of gadolinium occurs in different structures in the brain. Patients with Multiple Sclerosis (MS) are regularly followed up with MRI scans and MRI with contrast enh- ancement is the most common method of distinguishing new-onset pathological changes. Developments in tech- nology and methods in artificial intelligence have shown that there is reason to map out the X-ray technician’s work with examinations and medicines administered to patients may be altered to prevent the accumulation of gadolinium. Technological advancements in this field may also mean that X-ray technician’s jobs may entail greater amounts of autonomy in making decisions regarding the administration of pharmaceuticals, which may have a lasting impact on the profession's future development.
