Kurzfassung:
The aim of this study was to determine views of students about blended problem based science laboratory practice course, which was taught in first eight weeks face-to-face and in last eight weeks as distance education due to pandemic in the spring semester of the 2019-2020 academic year. The study group consisted of 42 third-grade students (28 females and 14 males) in science teaching program at a state university in the spring semester of the 2019-2020 academic year. Within the scope of the study, after students had attended problem-based science lab course in first eight weeks, they participated in problem-based science laboratory applied course with distance education method in last eight weeks due to pandemic and carried out their applications. As a result of the application, data were obtained by making remote online semi-structured interviews with six students. As a result of the study, it was concluded that students had positive opinions in terms of communication, socialization, group work and active participation and negative views in terms of lack of division of labor and group work for face-to-face education. Students considered distance education as advantageous in terms of being able to watch courses again, being active-productive, providing learning by doing by doing, giving the opportunity to experiment with daily life materials, providing individual responsibility and considered distance education as disadvantageous in terms of internet problem, lack of communication, inability to make experiment, lack of concentration.
