Summary In many cases, a crystallization degree of only 1–2 % of the rubber is the tolerance limit for technical elastomers. An estimate of the change of hardness using crystallite data, the reaction of crystallized elastomers in stress-strain tests as well as considerations within the framework of the two-network theory from relaxation data and the change of hardness demonstrate that crystallite superstructures can be discussed. It appears that the compression set responds very intensively to the crystallization.

Zusammenfassung In vielen Fällen ist ein Kristallisationsgrad von nur 1–2% des Kautschuks für technische Elastomere die Grenze der Tolerierbarkeit. Eine Abschätzung der Härteänderung über Kristallit-Daten, das Verhalten kristallisierter Elastomere im Kraft-Verformungsversuch sowie Betrachtungen im Rahmen der Zweinetzwerktheorie aus Relaxationsdaten und der Härteänderung ergeben, daß Kristallit-Überstrukturen diskutiert werden können. Es zeigt sich, daß der Druckverformungsrest besonders intensiv auf die Kristallisation anspricht.
