    The effect of strategic management accounting on strategic supply chain through internal and external orientation

    Abstract: This paper aims to empirically examine how public sector auditing agencies have strategically positioned themselves in a changing external operating environment and policy context. Specifically, this study aims to examine the effect of strategic management accounting on strategic supply chain positioning. The mediating roles of external and internal orientations were employed as mediating variables in this study. The research was conducted in the Audit Board of the Republic of Indonesia (BPK) in December 2022 to January 2023 by involving a total sample of 325 respondents. The data obtained in this study were analyzed using a variance-based structural method using the Partial Least Squares path modeling method through SmartPLS software. The findings showed that there is a significant influence of strategic management accounting on strategic supply chain positioning. The findings also emphasized the mediating roles of internal orientation and external orientation in strengthening the effects of strategic management accounting on strategic supply chain positioning. The results highlighted that strategic management accounting plays an important role in helping public sector auditing agencies to strategically position themselves in auditing practices. In addition, internal orientation can also help organizations to optimize the use and the allocation of internal resources. The findings presented in this study theoretically contribute to explaining empirical evidence regarding the effect of strategic supply chain positioning in strategic management accounting activities in public sector accounting and auditing practices.

    Abstract: Precision marketing is the companys ability to offer products specifically made to customers. This decision can give the company the ability to attract customers to always buy continuously. This study presents a trend model for accurately predicting monthly supply quantities / The method used in the first stage is the RFM (Recency, Frequency, Monetary) method for selecting attributes to group customers into different groups. The output of the first stage is clustered using the K-Means Algorithm. The output of clustering is then classified using the Decision Tree and compared with the K Nearest Neighbor method. The dataset that is processed is sales data from Syifamart As-Syifa Boarding School in Subang with 351,158 rows of data. The clustering process produces 4 optimal clusters. The four clusters are then classified using the Decision Tree algorithm to determine the potential and non-potential characteristics of each customer.

    Abstract: The orientation of sustainability within the scope of the company refers to the company's efforts to create long-term value by taking into account the social, environmental and economic impacts of the company's business activities. To achieve the goals of organizational development, companies must carry out effective environmental management. Company activities that are inseparable from natural resources must pay attention to the condition of the surrounding environment so as not to cause damage to the environment. The purpose of this study is to analyze how far the influence of environmental management accounting factors and the integration of control systems on the company's sustainability orientation. Then in this study will also analyze the effect of sectoral green economy as a mediating factor. The use of green economy sectoral factors aims to create an economy that also focuses on environmental protection. The research method used is a quantitative research method. The number of samples used in this study were 512 respondents. Respondents who were sampled were managers and employees of state-owned, mining & plantation companies in Indonesia. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling technique. Then the data were analyzed using SmartPLS software. From the results of the research above, it can be concluded that the environmental management accounting and control system integration variables have a significant effect on sectoral green economy and sustainability orientation. Then the sectoral green economy is also capable of being a good mediating factor in bridging the influence of environmental management accounting and control system integration on sustainability orientation.

    Abstract: Nowadays, computer networks are widely used to exchange valuable and confidential data information between servers to computers or cellular devices. Access to user control and use of software or hardware as a firewall often experience security problems. Unauthorized access to information through computer networks continues to occur and tends to increase. This study examines the attack detection mechanism by using three data mining algorithms based on particle swarm optimization (PSO), namely PSO-K Nearest Neighbor, PSO-Random Forest, and PSO-Decision Tree in the Canadian Institute for Cybersecurity Dataset (CICIDS2017). The initial experiment showed that the approach using the PSO-RF method was able to produce the highest accuracy of attack detection. Accuracy values generated using the PSO-RF algorithm with a combination of the number of trees and maximal depth = 20 in the CICIDS2017 dataset are intact higher than other proposed algorithms. The highest accuracy of attack detection in the CICIDS2017 dataset is intact, which is 99.76%. In the CICIDS2017 dataset 50% Benign and 50% Attack it turns out that the PSO-RF algorithm with a combination of the number of trees and maximal depth = 20 also gets the highest accuracy value of 99.67%.

    Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar IPS Terpadu melalui rekonstruksi pembelajaran diskusi kelompok menggunakan peta konsep bagi siswa kelas VIIIA MTs. Negeri 1 Pontianak tahun pelajaran 2017/2018. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VIIIA MTs Negeri 1 Pontianak yang berjumlah 38 siswa. Hasil belajar siswa pra tindakan yaitu sebanyak 17 siswa (44,7%) tuntas dan 21 siswa (55,3%) belum tuntas dengan rata-rata kelas 68. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan persentase ketuntasan pada masing-masing siklus sebesar 70.3% dan 86,5% dengan nilai rata-rata 76,5 dan 88,1. Terjadi peningkatan ketuntasan belajar dari siklus 1 dan 2 sebesar 16,2%. Pelaksanaan rekonstruksi pembelajaran diskusi kelompok menggunakan peta konsep dapat menjadi alternatif pembelajaran IPS Terpadu di sekolah karena dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa.

    Abstract: Kebijakan dividen menyangkut tentang masalah penggunaan laba yang menjadi hak para pemegang saham, laba tersebut bisa dibagi sebagai dividen atau ditahan untuk diinvestasikan kembali. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Ukuran Perusahaan, Profitabilitas, Leverage dan Likuiditas Terhadap Kebijakan Dividen pada Perusahaan Properti dan Real Estate yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2017-2019. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan Properti dan Real Estate yang berjumlah 77 Perusahaan. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling sehingga didapat sebanyak 30 sampel perusahaan pada perusahaan Properti dan Real Estate. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah metode Dokumentasi, dengan data berupa laporan keuangan yang diperoleh dari www.idx.co.id.Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Uji Asumsi Klasik dan Uji Hipotesis. Berdasarkan hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial Profitabilitas berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kebijakan dividen. Kemudian variabel Ukuran Perusahaan, Leverage, Likuiditas tidak berpengaruh terhadap kebijakan dividen pada Perusahaan Properti dan Real Estate di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2017-2019.

    Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of Third Party Funds, LDR, ROA, and ROE on the amount of lending in all commercial banks listed on the IDX for the period 2013-2018. The population in this study were all commercial banks listed on the IDX for the period 2013-2018. The data collection technique in this study used a documentation study. To analyze the research using the Multiple Linear Regression analysis method assisted by the SPSS 17 program. The results of the study prove that third party funds, LDR, ROA and ROE simultaneously affect the amount of credit disbursement. the results of the coefficient of determination test (R2) obtained a value of 69.9% of the independent variables affect the distribution of commercial bank loans and the remaining 30.1% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

    Abstract: Masalah umum dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimanakah pengaruh penggunaan model pembelajaran kontekstual terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran geografi di kelas XI SMA Negeri 1 Siantan Kabupaten Mempawah? Dengan sub masalah yaitu: (1) Bagaimanakah hasil belajar siswa sebelum menggunakan model pembelajaran kontekstual pada mata pelajaran geografi di kelas XI SMA Negeri 1 Siantan Kabupaten Mempawah? (2) Bagaimanakah hasil belajar siswa setelah menggunakan model pembelajaran kontekstual pada mata pelajaran geografi di kelas XI SMA Negeri 1 Siantan Kabupaten Mempawah? (3) Apakah terdapat pengaruh penggunaan model pembelajaran kontekstual terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran geografi di kelas XI SMA Negeri 1 Siantan Kabupaten Mempawah?. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode eksperimen dengan bentuk penelitian pre-exsperimental design. Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan data dan perhitungan statistik secara umum dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh penggunaan model pembelajaran kontekstual terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran geografi di kelas XI SMA Negeri 1 Siantan Kabupaten Mempawah yaitu berdasarkan perhitungan diketahui bahwa tHitung & gt; tTabel.

    Abstract: The purpose of community service activities Ib.M is to provide training and mentoring to teachers in the district Purworedjo PGRI members in order to enhance the professional development of teachers Sustainable pascasertifikasi scientific publications based on the results of PTK . The method used is the method of lecture , discussion , question and answer , the methods of training , assignment , and mentoring . The approach includes five stages are carried out systematically and continuously by stages : 1 ) the first phase , the delivery of material : ( 1 ) Technical Proposal Preparation Class Action Research , (2 ) Technical Report Preparation TOD ; ( 3 ) Techniques of Writing Action Research Results classes and ( 4 ) Rule Tata Write Journal of Advanced Research ; 2 ) the second stage , the preparation of training proposals and reports PTK; drill results TOD article preparation ; 3 ) the third stage , the implementation of TOD mentoring practices in the field , 4 ) The fourth stage , mentoring and supervising the preparation of TOD , and 5 ) the fifth stage , mentoring practices PTK compose articles results ready for publication in research journals .
