    Designing Power Transformer Using Particle Swarm Optimization with Respect to Transformer Noise, Weight, and Losses

    Abstract: The increased use of electrical energy will encourage the installation of more power transformers in residential areas as well as in industrial areas. Each power transformer, in its operation, will generate noise that can interfere with comfort and, at some level, cause health problems. The design of the power transformer currently focuses on optimizing its economic side, so noise has not been considered at this design stage. This research is about optimizing the low noise transformer design. The main goal is to obtain a low noise power transformer with low production costs. The method used in this optimization is particle swarm optimization with a multi-objective function. The objective function consists of the minimization of load noise, core weight, and winding weight. In this study, 11 optimized variables were used. Some variables that are optimized must be in the form of integers. Therefore, the optimization process needs a mechanism for mapping variables. The results showed that a low noise power transformer could be designed at optimal cost. Design validation was performed analytically and numerically with COMSOL software. The optimization results showed a decrease in load noise, core, and winding weight by 0.86 dB, 2.12%, and 47.46%, respectively. The results of this optimization are better than the designs used regularly in the industry.

    Abstract: The purpose of this study was to analyze the variable Innovative work behavior (IWB) on performance, Variable Innovative work behavior (IWB) on Job Satisfaction (JS), the variable: Organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) on Job Performance (JP) and the variable Organizational citizenship behavior ( OCB) to Job Satisfaction (JS). This research method includes explanatory quantitative research, The independent variables in this study are OCB and innovation culture which affect the dependent variable performance and job satisfaction. The population in this study are star hotels in Tangerang City, which amount to 66 hotels. This study uses simple random sampling method to determine the sample of respondents. The research instrument used was an online questionnaire via google form. For data analysis use software  SmartPLS 3.3.3 . The results of this study are Innovative work behavior (IWB) has a positive and significant effect on work performance (JP), Variable Innovative work behavior (IWB) has a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction (JS), Job Satisfaction Variable (JS) has a positive and significant effect on Job Performance (JP), Organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) variable has a positive and significant effect on Job Performance (JP), Organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) variable has a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction (JS ), Innovative work behavior (IWB) variable has a positive and significant effect on Job Performance (JP) through Job Satisfaction (JS), Organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) variable has a positive and significant effect on Job Performance (JP) through Job Satisfaction (JS).

    Abstract: Notary is a public official who provides legal services to the public. Notary's Authorities are regulated in Article 16 paragraph (1) of Law Number 2 of 2014 on Amendment to Law Number 30 of 2004 on Position of Notary. Based on data of Directorate of General Criminal Investigation Metro Jaya in 2014 and 2017, the number of Notaries who were placed as suspects and witnesses of criminal acts and falsification were increased. It was because of the absence of obligation to prove appearer document authenticity as contained in Supreme Court Decree Number 702 K/Sip/1973, September 5, 1973. The research was sociological normative by testing the truth of deelneming criminal exception with secondary data, supported by primary data in the form of interviews, using non-random purposive sampling. Theory of lesser evil made Notary is excluded from deelneming claim in Article 55 of Criminal Code on documents falsification, as long as the Public Notary applies 2015 Law and Ethics Code, and ignores Supreme Court Decree Number 702 K/Sip/1973, September 5, 1973. Further, he continues to conduct his duties within a standard operating procedure for himself and related agencies when proving the documents in the form of minutes. Therefore, this exception principle in falsification is given conditionally. It applies to Notary if he can prove that he has conducted an act to prove appearer documents).

    Abstract: Teknologi pembelajaran yang merupakan salah satu pendukung perkembangan sistem belajar mengalami perkembangan yang significant, LMS adalah sistem pembelajaran yang menekankan teknologi elektronik yang mencangkup teknologi daring dan teknologi komunikasi data menjadikan komunikasi yang tidak terbatas ruang waktu, efisiensi waktu tenaga dan kecepatan akses yang baik. Analissis butir soal yangmenjadi acuan terhadap pengukuran kemampuan peserta didik menjadi hal penting untuk dilakukan analisis, pengukuran dengan indikator tingkat kesulitan soal,daya beda dan tingkat validitas merupakan fitur yang dapat ditambahkan ke sistem moodle agar analisis butir soal khususnya pilihan ganda dapat membantu dalam penilaian kualitas soal dalam sistem elearning. Penelitian ini membahas tentang perancangan pembuatan aplikasi analisis butir soal pilihan ganda pada sistem LMS Moodle di SMK Negeri 2 Kediri sebagai sarana membantu guru dan kurikulum dalam menentukan kualitas soal ujian yang terdapat dalam Question Bank Moodle yang menghasilkan status ditolak, diperbaiki atau diterima dengan menggunakan sistem pendukung keputusan berbasis Fuzzy Mamdani.Kata Kunci -  Analisis soal, Fuzzy, LMS, SPK, Moodle.

    Abstract: The Muslim scientist who became the scientific reference on the manufacturing sector was Reyhan al-Biruni. The processing of wrought iron and the manufacture of steel from cast iron is carried out through the carbonization process. The element carbon has a very significant influence on the strength of the metal. The maximum solubility of Fe3C in iron is: 6.67%. This is a series of calculations of the composition of the atomic weight of each constituent element, which is the atomic weight of Fe = 56, the atomic weight of Carbon 12. Calculation of steel compounds Fe3C = 56 X 3 = 180. The solubility of Carbon in steel is 6.67, coming from 2/180 X 100% = 6.67%. Metal processing that has received worldwide attention today is the ECAP method, which is capable of producing significant mechanical strength. The stages of the ECAP process start from the process of applying a compressive force to the sample that is placed in the mold. A special characteristic of ECAP is the ability to introduce fine grain refinement into large bulk samples. Capable of reducing the size of fine grains to the size of nanometers, resulting in a material that is able to provide maximum physical and mechanical properties. ECAP combines compressive stress and tensile stress in the mold. The ECAP formula was previously found in the book of Fi Makrifat Al Jawahir by Reyhan Al Biruni. The book it was explaine in great detail that when metal is bent there will be an increase in its strength because of the reaction between metals

    Abstract: This study aims to measure the effect of hard skills and soft skills on the innovation ability of the teachers in West Java which are mediated by organizational culture. The method used in this research is quantitative method. Data collection is done by simple random sampling via electronic to the teacher population in West Java. The results of the returned and valid questionnaire are 667 samples. Data processing using SEM method with SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results of this study concluded that hard skills and soft skills have a positive and significant effect on teacher innovation ability, both directly and indirectly through mediating organizational culture. This new research proposes a model to build innovation capabilities of the teachers among teachers in West Java through enhancing hard skills and soft skills with organizational culture as a mediator. This research can pave the way to increase teacher readiness in the face of the education 4.0.

    Abstract: The development of Outcome Based Education (OBE) Information System is done as a solution to academic problems related to the achievement of graduate learning for students. In addition, the OBE system is a form of effort to improve academic quality in order to be able to monitor and measure the development of student learning outcomes in a college study program. The Outcome Based Education system includes all grades processing based on Course Learning Outcomes which is related to Graduates Learning Outcomes so that the outcomes of each student can be measured. This information system is developed by the Rapid Application Development method, and uses the Yii2 Framework with the concept of MVC (Model, View, Controller) where system programming is separated based on application components, such as: manipulating data, controllers, and user interfaces. The use of the RAD method and the Yii2 Framework in making applications can be done quickly and in a structured manner making it easier for future developments. The developed system has been successfully tested and applied in the Electrical Engineering Study Program, Civil Engineering Study Program and Mechanical Engineering Study Program, and planned to be implemented in all study programs of the Faculty of Engineering, Sebelas Maret Universit 〈 em 〉 y. 〈 /em 〉 This information system can be applied not only in the engineering faculty of Sebelas Maret University but also outside the university which requires an information system to measure the learning outcomes of graduates.
