    Abstract: Current technological developments make it easier for users to access the information needed in handling their farming. The study’s objectives are to determine the performance of the agricultural information system (AIS) service for rice commodities and the relationship of these service indicators to each other in increasing farmer capacity and rice production in Indonesia. The research was conducted in three rice center provinces, North Sumatra, South Sumatra, and Yogyakarta, from October to December 2021. The number of respondent farmers is 473 people who have obtained or applied for AIS for at least two years. Survey techniques using purposive sampling with a non-probability method with the criteria used are farmers or officials who have received information about AIS. Partial least square structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) analysis with the help of SmartPLS v.3.2.9 software was performed to see multivariate relationships and continued by using importance performance analysis (IPA) to evaluate the performance of information system attributes. The results showed that the productive age, education level, and experience in rice farming were more than 10 years, enabling the application of AIS in Indonesia by strengthening the internet network and improving the attributes of security services, ease of application, accuracy, suitability, output interpretation, and accuracy, which will increase user loyalty.

    Abstract: Background: Wound care with modern dressings that have been widely used takes time to achieve healing. Therefore, Epidermal Growth Factor (EGF) and Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) are developed in wound healing therapy. EGF as the primary growth factor examines whether it is sufficient to represent the role of other growth factors in PRP. EGF is also chosen because of its ease of provision and longer shelf life compared to PRP. This study evaluates the (EGF) representing the role of other growth factors contained in PRP.  Methods: The study was performed on 66 full-thickness wounds in 6 groups of 36 healthy male Oryctolagus cuniculus rabbits. Four treatment groups were given EGF and PRP therapies. Two control groups were given no treatment. Half of the groups were evaluated on the fifth day and the rest on the fourteenth day. Assessment on the clinical macroscopic and histopathological numbers of fibroblasts, capillary blood vessels, and type III collagen fibers were stained with Hematoxylin Eosin (HE) and Masson's Trichrome. Data were analyzed using SPSS version 23 for Windows.Results: There was a statistically significant difference in fibroplasia (p=0.014; p=0.018) on the fifth and fourteenth days. However, there was no significant difference in angiogenesis (p=0.183; p=0.524) or collagenization (p=0.218; p=0.278) on the fifth and fourteenth day. On the fifth day, the number of capillary vessels was highest in the PRP groups (10.60±4.13), and the ratio of type III collagen fibers (53.00±13.00) was the highest in the EGF group. On the fourteenth day, the number of capillaries and the ratio of type III collagen fibers was the highest in the EGF groups (77.00±16.00). Conclusion: EGF greatly increases the speed of macroscopic healing, accelerates fibroplasia, induces angiogenesis, and is also involved in collagen deposition compared to PRP administration, especially when compared to untreated wounds.

    Abstract: ABSTRAKMakalah ini menyampaikan uraian tentang proses  penumbuhan pengetahuan dan ketrampilan tentang pengolahan eceng gondok  yang difermentasi untuk pakan unggaskepada Kelompok  tani  Maju Bersama yang merupakan satu satunya kelompok tani yang mengelola tanaman pangan dan unggas (ayam dan bebek) di TersidiLor  Kecamatan Pituruh Kabupaten Purworejo. Tujuan pengabdian ini adalah pemberdayaan kelompok tani  dengan memberi pemahaman dan keterampilan kepada masyarakat melalui penyuluhan dan pelatihan, agar memiliki kemampuan untuk mengembangkan potensi yang dimiliki dalam bidang pertanian dan peternakan. Rangkaian kegiatan yang dilakukan sejak Kuliah Kerja Nyata Tematik Universitas Muhammadiyah Purworejo di laksanakan selama 1 bulan yang  terdiri dari (1) orientasi lokasi, (2) persiapan dan perencanaan penyuluhan dan pelatihan , (3) kegiatan pelatihan, (4) pengamatan hasil pelatihan, dan (5) evaluasi terhadap pelatihan. Pengumpulan data dari kajian ini dilakukan dengan metode observasi dan wawancara  terhadap  mitra yaitu anggota  kelompok tani maju bersama berjumlah 15 orang yang menjadi peserta kegiatan. Berdasarkan dari hasil evaluasi dan pembahasan, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa anggota kelompok tani maju bersama di  desa tersidiLor diKecamatan Pituruh kabupaten Purworejo antusias dan menyadari bahwa eceng gondok dapat dimanfaatkan apabila diberi sentuhan teknologi fermentasi  khususnya untuk pakan ternak unggas seperti ayam dan bebek. Salah satu bagian penting dari kegiatan ini adalah peserta mengetahui bahwa eceng gondok dengan tambahan konsentrat, EM4/tetes tebu yang difermentasi dengan takaran sesuai dapat  menambah  pengetahuan dan ketrampilan dari bidang pertanian dan peternakan.Disisi lain diharapkan bahwa dengan tambahan pakan eceng gondok yang difermentasi menjadi cadangan pakan unggas dan dapat menambah penampilan dan produksi telur pada unggas . Kata kunci : eceng gondok; fermentasi; pakan ungags; kelompok tani. ABSTRACTThis paper provides a description of the process of growing knowledge and skills to the Maju Bersama farmer group, which is the only farmer group that manages food crops and poultry (duck and chicken) in Tersidi Lor, Pituruh District, Purworejo Regency regarding the processing of fermented water hyacinth for poultry feed. The purpose of this service is to empower farmer groups by providing understanding and skills to the community through counseling and training, so that they have the ability to develop their potential in agriculture and animal husbandry. The series of activities carried out since the Purworejo Muhammadiyah University Thematic Real Work Lectures were carried out for 1 month consisting of (1) location orientation, (2) counseling and training preparation and planning, (3) training activities, (4) observation of training results, and (5) evaluation of training. Data collection from this study was carried out using observation and interview methods with partners, namely members of the Advanced Farmer Group, totaling 15 people who were participants in the activity. Based on the results of the evaluation and discussion, it can be concluded that the members of the farmer group in the tertiary village of Lor in the Pituruh District, Purworejo Regency, are enthusiastic and realize that water hyacinth can be used if given a touch of fermentation technology, especially for poultry feed such as chickens and ducks. An important part of this activity is that the participants know that water hyacinth with additional concentrate, fermented EM4/sugar molasses at appropriate doses can increase their knowledge and skills in agriculture and animal husbandry. poultry feed and can increase the appearance and egg production in poultry. Keywords : water hyacinth; fermentation; poultry feed; farmer groups

    Abstract: ABSTRAKDi era mileneal saat ini dibutuhkan pemberdayaan masyarakat petani dalam berbagai aspek. Kelompok tani banyak didominasi oleh penduduk usia muda, sehingga dibutuhkan pemberdayaan sejak awal meliputi aspek pengetahuan, keterampilan, kelembagaan dan jaringan pemasaran. Program pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan upaya pemberdayaan di berbagai aspek berupa menambah pengetahuan dan skill, memperkuat kelembagaan, dan memberikan pendampingan dalam rangka ekspansi jaringan pasar khususnya dalam budidaya jahe merah. Metode program ini adalah dengan pola penyuluhan, motivasi, pelatihan dan pendampingan pada kelompok tani sehingga tujuan dari program ini tercapai. Hasil dari program ini bahwa ada peningkatan pengetahun dan skill dengan metode penyuluhan dan pelatihan walaupun belum maksimal, pemberdayaan kelembagaan sudah dipahami dan dilaksanaan melalui penguatan kelompok kelompok tani, sedangkan penguatan kelembagaan dalam bentuk badan hukum baru tahap persiapan.  Kata kunci: budidaya jahe; jahe merah; pemberdayaan masyarakat; kelompok petani. ABSTRACTIn the current millennial era, empowerment of farming communities is needed in various aspects. Many farmer groups are dominated by young people, so empowerment is needed from the start covering aspects of knowledge, skills, institutions and marketing networks. This community service program aims to provide empowerment efforts in various aspects in the form of increasing knowledge and skills, strengthening institutions, and providing assistance in the context of expanding market networks, especially in red ginger cultivation. The method of this program is a pattern of counseling, motivation, training and assistance to farmer groups so that the objectives of this program are achieved. The results of this program are that there is an increase in knowledge and skills with extension and training methods, although not maximal, institutional empowerment has been understood and implemented through strengthening farmer groups, while institutional strengthening in the form of legal entities is only in the preparatory stage. Keywords: ginger cultivation; red ginger; community empowerment; farmer groups.

    Abstract: ABSTRACT Scheduling is an assignment activity related to a number of constraints, a number of events that can occur in a period of time and place or location so that the objective function as closely as possible can be fulfilled. In the hierarchy of decision making, scheduling is the last step before the start of an operation. Scheduling the assignment of KRI in Koarmatim is an interesting topic to be discussed and resolved using a mathematical method. The scheduling process of KRI assignments at Koarmatim is done to produce annual JOP / JOG. This process requires not only rapid follow-up, but also requires systematic steps. The scheduling of assignments applied by Koarmatim is currently carried out by personnel by not using mathematical calculations. The ship assignment scheduling process in this research was carried out using the Binary Integer Programming (BIP) method approach with the aim of minimizing costs and maximizing the purpose of the ship assignment. The scheduling observed was 25 ships carrying out operations for 52 weeks (1 year). The mathematical formulation of the BIP model is made up of one objective function and Three constraint functions. Then the development of the BIP model is then completed, the computer uses Excel Solver. The results obtained that the BIP model applied to scheduling KRI Koarmatim assignments is the maximum coverage area reached is 93,651,234 NM2, with an area safeguard level of 76,11 from the entire area of operating sector I to IX (1,230,442 NM2). BIP is an appropriate method to be used as a method in scheduling the assignment of KRI in Koarmatim.  Keywords: Scheduling, Ship assignments, Binary Integer Programming

    Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis batas usia perkawinan berdasarkan Undang-Undang Nomor 16 Tahun 2019 tentang Perkawinan dan dampaknya terhadap masyarakat. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode penelitian hukum normatif melalui  model preskriptif. Bahan hukum yang dikumpulkan dikaji secara komprehensif dan dianalisa secara deduktif dengan penyajian yang sistematis. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa perubahan batasan usia dalam Undang-undang Nomor 16 Tahun 2019 Tentang Perkawinan mengatur tentang larangan perkawinan di bawah umur. Undang-undang tersebut memberikan pembatasan umur minimal untuk kawin bagi warga negara pada prinsipnya dimaksudkan agar orang yang akan menikah diharapkan sudah memiliki kematangan berpikir, kematangan jiwa dan kekuatan fisik yang memadai. Keuntungan lainnya adalah kemungkinan keretakan rumah tangga yang berakhir dengan perceraian dapat dihindari, karena pasangan tersebut memiliki kesadaran dan pengertian yang lebih matang mengenai tujuan perkawinan yang menekankan pada aspek kebahagiaan lahir dan batin.

    Abstract: This paper discusses the role of diaspora in Indonesian gastro-diplomacy. As a new country in culinary diplomacy, the role of the Indonesian diaspora is not dominant but not unimportant. The diaspora directly or not has popularized Indonesian food in foreign countries. Some of them have successfully managed Indonesian restaurants, although there are also some who are less successful. Learning from the experiences of countries already established in this culinary diplomacy such as India, China, Turkey and Vietnam, Indonesia needs to popularize more Indonesian food in many activities such as food festivals. In addition to this, the diaspora can increase the presence and visibility of Indonesian food through narratives in various printed and social media. Books and information on Indonesian cuisine, for example, are still very limited both in printed and digital media. In the current era, what is known as culinary fictions is one of the important aspects that can support gastro diplomacy. Keywords: Gastro Diplomacy, Diaspora, Indonesia Makalah ini membahas peran diaspora dalam gastro diplomasi Indonesia. Sebagai negara baru dalam diplomasi kuliner, peran diaspora Indonesia tidak dominan tetapi cukup penting. Diaspora secara langsung atau tidak telah mempopulerkan makanan Indonesia di luar negeri. Beberapa dari mereka telah berhasil mengelola restoran Indonesia, walaupun ada juga yang kurang berhasil. Belajar dari pengalaman negara-negara yang telah mapan dalam diplomasi kuliner ini seperti India, Cina, Turki dan Vietnam, Indonesia perlu mempopulerkan lebih banyak makanan Indonesia dalam banyak kegiatan seperti festival makanan. Selain itu, diaspora dapat meningkatkan kehadiran dan visibilitas makanan Indonesia melalui narasi di berbagai media cetak dan sosial. Buku dan informasi tentang masakan Indonesia, misalnya, masih sangat terbatas baik di media cetak maupun digital. Di era saat ini, apa yang dikenal sebagai fiksi kuliner adalah salah satu aspek penting yang dapat mendukung gastro diplomasi.     Abstract: Umbilical loss is not a common problem encountered in plastic surgery routine cases. The absence of umbilicus will cause significant effect in total aesthetic appearance of the abdomen, thus making it an essential part of anatomy landmark. Congenital defect, oncologic and abdominoplasty complication are the most often causes, and tremendous psychological trauma will cause patient to seek help. There are many proposed technique for such reconstruction, based on original scar or wound and final expected shape, of course with their advantages and disadvantages. We used a double opposing semilunar flap for our cases. Along with its technical detail, we will present three cases comprises of the defect after omphalocele scar removal, umbilical endometriosis excision and postcentral abdominal tumor excision. Reports will be presented with preoperative dan postoperative result.

    Abstract: The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of transformational and transactional leadership styles to the performance of the implementation of a food safety management system ISO 22000: 2018 at PT. SPN a food packaging beverage industry located in Pati Central Java. The study population are employees at PT. SPN as many as 88 people and data collection methods by giving a census questionnaire to all employees. The analysis tool this study uses SEM (Structural Equation Model) the LISREL program version 8.70. The results show that the transformational leadership style have positive and significant affected to the performance of implementation ISO 22000: 2018 and the transactional leadership style also have significant and positive affected the performance of implementation of the food safety management system ISO 22000:2018.
