    Abstract: ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap kinerja karyawan industri otomotif di Tangerang yang dimediasi oleh kesiapan untuk perubahan. Pengumpulan data penelitian kuantitatif ini dilakukan dengan teknik simple random sampling dan hasil kuesioner yang kembali dan valid adalah 217 sampel. Pemrosesan data menggunakan metode SEMdengan perangkat lunak SmartPLS 3.0. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, tetapi kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kesiapan untuk berubah. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan juga bahwa kesiapan untuk berubah memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap hubungan antara kepemimpinan transformasional dan kinerja karyawan. Kesiapan untuk berubah sebagai full-mediator. Penelitian ini mengusulkan sebuah model untuk membangun kinerja karyawan di antara karyawan industri otomotif di Tangerang melalui peningkatan praktik kepemimpinan transformasional dengan kesiapan untuk berubah sebagai mediator. Penelitian ini dapat membuka jalan untuk meningkatkan kesiapan karyawan dalam menghadapi era revolusi industri 4.0.     Abstract: This research aims to measure the effect of tacit and explicit knowledge on teacher innovation capability in Indonesia mediated by organizational culture. Data collection was carried out by simple random sampling to 1080 population of teachers in Kecamatan Panongan Tangerang Indonesia. The returned and valid questionnaire results were 453 samples. Data processing was using SEM method with Smart PLS 3.0 software. The results of this research are tacit knowledge sharing has a positive and significant effect on teacher innovation capability, both directly and through mediating organizational culture. While explicit knowledge sharing only has a positive and significant effect on teacher innovation capability through organizational culture mediation. This novel research is proposing a model to build teacher innovation capability among teachers through tacit & explicit knowledge sharing with organizational culture as mediation. This research can pave the way to improve teacher readiness in facing the education 4.0. era.

    Abstract: This study postulates team characteristics and environmental factors as the main drivers of team performance. In the proposed model of this study, team performance is positively and significantly affected by collective efficacy and emotional intelligence climate. Likewise, team planning has a positive and significant effect on team performance. Data werecollected from 103 of sales/marketing employees of a manufacturing industry in Indonesia by random sampling. Data were analyzed using SEM method with SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results of this study indicated that collective efficacy and emotional intelligence climate have a positive and significant effect on team planning and team performance. Likewise, team planning has a positive and significant effect on team performance. Moreover, the empirical test of this study, by investigating sales/marketing employees working in the Indonesian manufacturing industry, complements the application of social cognitive theory in understanding team performance. Finally, the managerial implications of team performance and future open problems are discussed at the end of the research report.

    Abstract: Faktor kelemahan praktik leadership dan learning disebutkan sebagai di antara faktor penghambat kinerja inovasi organisasi. Mengingat masalah ini, penelitian ini mencoba untuk menyelidiki praktik dan efek kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap proses manajemen pengetahuan, dan juga pengaruh implementasi proses manajemen pengetahuan (dengan dimensi knowledge acquisition, knowledge dissemination, dan knowledge application) terhadap kinerja inovasi di industry manufaktur. Pendekatan Partial Least Square (PLS) digunakan untuk menganalisis data yang diperoleh dari 117 karyawan dari salah satu perusahaan manufaktur di Tangerang Indonesia. Hasil yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional memberi pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap ketiga dimensi proses manajemen pengetahuan dan kinerja inovasi organisasi. Walaupun demikian, penelitian ini menemukan fakta bahwa di antara ketiga dimensi proses manajemen pengetahuan, hanya aplikasi pengetahuan yang berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja inovasi organisasi. Dari perspektif teoritis, hasil penelitian ini memberikan bukti empiris tentang peran positif dan signifikan dari praktik kepemimpinan transformasional untuk meningkatkan kinerja inovasi perusahaan manufaktur. Sedangkan, dari perspektif manajerial, hasil penelitian ini memberikan gambaran pengambil keputusan di perusahaan manufaktur dengan pemahaman yang lebih baik tentang bagaimana praktik kepemimpinan transformasional dan memperbaiki proses manajemen pengetahuan.

    Abstract: Berdasarkan social cognitive theory (SCT), penelitian ini mendalilkan karakteristik tim dan faktor lingkungan sebagai pendorong utama kinerja tim (team performance). Dalam model yang diusulkan dari studi ini, kinerja tim dipengaruhi secara positif dan signifikan oleh dua prediktor (yaitu, team efficacy dan iklim kecerdasan emosional). Demikian juga, perencanaan tim kerja berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja tim. Data dikumpulkan dari 157 kuesioner yang dikembalikan dari sampel yang diambil secara random sampling dari karyawan engineering sebuah perusahaan manufaktur di Indonesia. Data dianalisis menggunakan metode SEM dengan software SmartPLS 3.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa team efficacy dan iklim kecerdasan emosional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perencanaan tim kerja dan kinerja tim. Demikian juga perencanaan tim kerja berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja tim. Selain itu, pengujian empiris penelitian ini, dengan menyelidiki para teknisi engineering yang bekerja di industri manufaktur Indonesia, melengkapi penerapan teori kognitif sosial dalam memahami kinerja tim. Terakhir, implikasi manajerial tentang kinerja tim dan open problem di masa depan dibahas pada akhir laporan penelitian. Kata kunci: Iklim kecerdasan emosional, kinerja tim, perencanaan tim kerja, team efficacy.
