    Abstract: ABSTRACT: Tumbuh suburnya  Pteridophyta  di Kawasan Hutan Gisting Permai Kecamatan Gisting Kabupaten  Tanggamus sangat dipengaruhi oleh faktor biotik dan abiotik. Faktor biotik meliputi semua kehidupan makhluk hidup di bumi baik individu, populasi dan komunitas yang di dalamnya termasuk jumlah inang Pteridophyta yang banyak, sedangkan faktor abiotik   meliputi seluruh faktor-faktor non hidup dari suatu kondisi lingkungan seperti cahaya matahari, suhu, air, dan tanah, ketinggian.  Faktor-faktor abiotik ini tidak hanya menyediakan energi dan materi penting, tetapi juga mempunyai peranan dalam menentukan tumbuhan-tumbuhan dan hewan-hewan yang mampu berada disuatu tempat tertentu sesuai dengan habitatnya. Metode yang digunakan dalam kajian ini adalah berupa kajian  kualitatif. Artikel ini dikaji dengan menyatukn  referensi dari berbagai sumber diantaranya berasal dari jurnal, buku, arsip dokumen pekon Gisting Permai, dan internet. Pengumpulan data diperoleh dengan menggunakan berbagai referensi yang dikumpulkan sebanyak mungkin yang berkaitan dengn faktor biotik dan abiotik pertumbuhan tumbuhan paku.   Kata kunci: Biotik, Abiotik, Pteridophyta.   ABSTRACT: The growth of Pteridophyta in the Permai Gisting Forest Area, Gisting Sub-District Tanggamus Regency was strongly influenced by biotic and abiotic factors. Biotic factors include all the life of living things on earth both individuals, populations and communities which include a large number of Pteridophyta hosts, while abiotic factors include all non-living factors of an environmental condition such as sunlight, temperature, water, and soil, height. These abiotic factors not only provide important energy and material, but also had a role in determining plants and animals that which are able to be in a certain place according to their habitat. The method used in this study is a qualitative study. This article was reviewed by citing references from various sources including journals, books, Gisting Permai archive documents, and the internet. The data collection was obtained by using as many references as possible related to biotic and abiotic factors for fern growth.     Key word: biotic, abiotic, Pteridophyta.

    Abstract: Abstrak: Media pembelajaran adalah segala alat dan bahan yang dapat digunakan untuk mencapai tujuan pendidikan, media pembelajaran berfungsi sebagai alat komunikasi dalam mengatasi keterbatasan pengalaman siswa, media dapat memberikan pengalaman yang holistik dari hal yang konkrit ke hal yang abstrak. Media multimedia interaktif berupa flashdisk dapat dikemas secara menarik baik dari segi gambar, animasi, teks, maupun audio sehingga dapat timbul respon positif dari siswa dan dapat membantu meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis, berpikir kritis merupakan proses berpikir intelektual dalam dimana pemikir sengaja menilai kualitas pemikirannya, pemikir menggunakan pemikiran reflektif, mandiri, jernih, dan rasional. Peran media sangat besar dalam melakukan komunikasi dan interaksi yang efektif antara guru dan siswa serta meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis. Kemampuan berpikir kritis sangat penting dalam menghadapi persaingan global yang semakin ketat. Keterampilan berpikir kritis pada peningkatan daya saing siswa berupa pengetahuan dan keterampilan global.   Abstract : Learning media are all tools and materials that can be used to achieve educational goals, learning media function as a communication tool in overcoming the limitations of students' experiences, the media can provide a holistic experience from concrete to abstract things.  Interactive multimedia media in the form of flash can be packaged attractively both in terms of images, animation, text, and audio so that positive responses can arise from students and can help improve the ability to think critical, critical thinking is an intellectual thought process in which thinkers deliberately assess  the quality of thought, thinkers use reflective, independent, clear, and rational thinking.  The role of the media is very large in making effective communication and interaction between teachers and students and increasing critical thinking skills.  The ability to think critically is very important in the face of increasingly fierce global competition. Critical thinking skills are aimed at increasing students' competitiveness in the form of global knowledge and skills.

    Abstract: Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of various feed mixtures and fermentation time on silkworm biomass. The method used is an experimental method using a completely randomized design (CRD). The treatment in this study was the provision of a mixture of chicken manure and tofu dregs with a mixture of A = 50% tofu dregs mixture of chicken manure 50% B = 100% tofu dregs mixture of chicken manure. C = 75% chicken manure mixture to 25% tofu dregs. D = 25% chicken manure mixture to 75% tofu dregs. E = 0% chicken manure mixture 100% tofu dregs. The parameters measured in this study were silkworm biomass, with supporting data in the form of water temperature and pH. The data obtained were tabulated and analyzed by Two Ways Analysis Of Variance (ANOVA) or TWO WAY ANOVA. Based on the results of the analysis, the sig. 0.005. eISSN 2716-473X p ISSN 2716-4748 Received: September 2020 Approved: Published: 2 Because of the sig. 0.005 from α 0.05, then H0 is accepted, which means there is no difference in silkworm biomass between A, B, C, D, and E, the variation in feed and fermentation time of 6 days and 10 days has no effect on the biomass of silk worms.     Abstract: Nata de mushroom is one of the products produced by fermenting boiled water of white oyster mushrooms. White oyster mushroom boiled water has a high carbohydrate content of about 57.6%-81.8% dry weight and a high water content of 86.6%. So that it can be used in the manufacture of nata de mushrooms with the addition of red dragon fruit peel extract. The purpose of this study was to determine the organoleptic and chemical characteristics of nata de mushroom. This research uses descriptive qualitative and quantitative methods. Data analysis using One Way Anova. The results of the study are expected to be well received by the public as well as the previous nata de leri, besides that the organoleptic test of nata can be liked and has high fiber and water content. This research is expected to be a source of learning biology at the high school level.

    Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian variasi Azolla microphylla   pada pakan terhadap pertumbuhan ikan baung. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode eksperimen menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL). Perlakuan dalam penelitian ini adalah pemberian variasi Azolla pada pakan. Pakan dengan Variasi Azolla 1000g, Azolla 2000g dan Azolla 3000g. Parameter yang diukur dalam penelitian ini meliputi laju pertumbuhan bobot ikan, panjang ikan, dengan data pendukung berupa kelulushidupan ikan, dan kualitas air pada media pemeliharaan. Data utama kemuadian ditabulasi dan dianalisis menggunakan aplikasi SPSS yang meliputi Analisis Ragam One Way Anava. Penelitian ini juga menggunakan uji laboratorium berupa uji kandungan protein pada pakan ikan baung yang di gunakan selama pengamatan. Pengujian kandungan protein pada pakan dilakukan di Laboratorium Analisis  Politeknik Negeri Lampung.  Berdasarkan Hasil analisis ANOVA menunjukkan bahwa pemberian variasi Azolla microphylla   pada pakan memberikan pengaruh nyata terhadap pertumbuhan bobot dan pertumbuhan panjang ikan baung (P 〈 0,05). Persentase kelangsungan hidup ikan baung selama penelitian mencapai 64,4-66,6%. Suhu yang didapat selama penelitian berkisar 28,65-29,50C. Sedangkan pH yang didapat selama penelitian berkisar 6,9-7,2.
