The publications deal with processes on time scales of millions of years (climate change in the Pleistocene), hundreds and tens of thousands of years (impact of calcification on atmospheric CO2 at glacial/interglacial change), hours to minutes (CCM activity of phytoplankton) to seconds and micro seconds (kinetics in the carbonate system).
