    Abstract: Studying abroad, including in the United Kingdom is one of the aspirations for students and parents in Indonesia. In comparison to directly continuing study overseas, the availability of BTEC UK curriculum in Indonesia allows students to study for 20 months then continued their final year in the country they are planning to go to, including in the UK. Unfortunately, there is no record of the experience of students undergoing this curriculum in Indonesia, even though the curriculum already exists in Indonesia for more than ten years. This study then explores the motivations behind the decisions of students undergoing the BTEC curriculum in Indonesia, their experiences and the outcomes that occur after. Interviews with the 7 BTEC alumni in Indonesia were conducted and analyzed using qualitative phenomenology study. The results obtained that internal motivation is the main trigger whereas external motivation also applies, which is built up through social influence. The experience felt at the beginning was generally difficult to follow because the students were not used to the system, even though some felt excited about the curriculum learning system. In the middle and end of the semester, some of them feel more accustomed to it while some still find it difficult to follow this curriculum. The results in the form of a variety of positive attitudes including courage, self-confidence, and the development of communication skills.

    Abstract: Knowledge, attitude and cough etiquette among patient with pulmonary tuberculosisBackground: Tuberculosis is the main cause of death. The high number of tuberculosis is due to the transmission through droplets. Cough etiquette is one of prevention behaviors of tuberculosis transmission.Purpose: To describe the knowledge, attitude and cough etiquette among patient with pulmonary tuberculosisMethod: A quantitative descriptive design with the respondent population was patient with pulmonary tuberculosis hospitalized in the Zamrud room of RSUD. Dr. Slamet Garut and the sample was selected using total sampling for one month, got of 30 respondents. The data were collected through questionnaires an observation sheets. The data were analyzed by using unnivariate analysis.Results : Showing that of 30 respondents, those who have good a knowledge were 50%, negative attitude were 63.3% and has no a cough etiquette were 56.7%.Conclusion: To be consideration to improve education delivery that is more focused on attitudes and conduct in preventing tuberculosis transmission to pulmonary tuberculosis patients and families so that they understand and apply, and can prevent tuberculosis transmission from its source.Keywords: knowledge; attitude; cough etiquette; patient; pulmonary tuberculosis Pendahuluan : Tuberkulosis penyebab kematian utama, tingginya angka kejadian tuberkulosis karena penularan melalui droplet. Etika batuk salah satu komponen perilaku pencegahan penularan tuberkulosis.Tujuan : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan pengetahuan, sikap dan tindakan etika batuk pada penderita tuberkulosis.Metode: Deskriptif kuantitatif dengan populasinya semua pasien tuberkulosis paru dan pemilihan sampel menggunakan teknik total sampling untuk 1 bulan sebanyak 30 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan lembar observasi. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah distribusi frekuensi.Hasil : Menunjukan dari 30 responden, yang memiliki pengetahuan etika batuk yang baik sebesar 50%, sikap yang negatif sebesar 63.3% dan tidak beretika/tidak beradap dalam batuk sebesar 56.7%.Simpulan : Dapat dijadikan bahan pertimbangan untuk melakukan perbaikan penyampaian edukasi yang lebih berfokus pada sikap dan tindakan dalam pencegahan penularan tuberkulosis kepada penderita tuberkulosis paru dan keluarga sehingga memahami dan menerapkannya, serta dapat mencegah penularan tuberkulosis dari sumbernya.

    Abstract: Critical thinking is an important skill for graduates in 21st century teaching and learning. One of the modern educational pedagogies which can be utilized by educators to inculcate students’ critical thinking skills and improve student learning effectively is the problem-based learning (PBL) approach. The Web of Science, Scopus, and ProQuest databases have been used to source published scientific literature on this topic and develop themes of critical thinking abilities in teaching through PBL for students. This study revealed four major themes and nine sub-themes with regards to critical thinking skills in teaching in relation to PBL. The major themes consisted of the learning environment, content, process, and human capital. The review revealed that most of the studies were conducted to understand critical thinking skills in problem-based learning. This study found that PBL was a major approach used in teaching students, as well as a wide range of other techniques that may develop diverse abilities, such as thinking critically and creatively, solving problems, collaborating, communicating effectively, and global literacy. This paper also highlights the challenges in developing critical thinking among students and identifies topics for further research.

    Abstract: Dalam dunia layanan jasa kesehatan yang kompetitif saat ini, banyak organisasi menghadapi perubahan yang cepat, termasuk Puskesmas. Oleh karena itu Puskesmas harus fokus pada perilaku kerja inovatif (KI) untuk mendapatkan keunggulan kompetitif. Penelitian ini menguji pengaruh kepemimpinan transformational dan iklim organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai Puskesmas melalui perilaku kerja inovatif sebagai mediasi dengan mengambil Puskesmas di Pati Jawa Tengah Indonesia. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan pengambilan sampel acak sederhana melalui elektronik terhadap populasi karyawan Puskesmas di Kabupaten Pati di Indonesia. Hasil kuesioner yang dikembalikan dan valid adalah 92 sampel. Pemrosesan data menggunakan metode SEM dengan perangkat lunak SmartPLS 3.0. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dengan skala likert. Hasil peneliian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan transformational dan iklim organisasi memberikan efek positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan Puskesmas, baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung melalui mediasi perilaku kerja inovatif. Perilaku kerja yang inovatif memiliki efek positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja  pegawai. Penelitian ini mengusulkan sebuah model untuk membangun kinerja pegawai dalam lingkup Puskesmas melalui kepemimpinan transformational dan iklim organisasi dengan pembelajaran organisasi sebagai mediasi.

    Abstract: The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the SVLK Timber Legality and Verification System, FSC Chain of Custody, PEFC Sustainable Forest Management for wood and wood-based products on the competitiveness of the wood industry in Central Java. This research was conducted in several companies that process wood or use wood as the main material in Central Java with a total of 300 respondents. The respondents of this study are wood industry employees as top management, managers and staff who have been implementing SVLK, FSC, PEFC for at least 2 years. The background of this study is due to the lack of PEFC, FSC and SVLK research on the wood industry in Indonesia's Central Java province. Data collection was carried out by distributing electronic questionnaires online during January 2020 and analyzing data processing using Structural Equation Model (SEM) and Linear Structural Model (LISREL) software version 8.70. The analysis shows that the application of SVLK, FSC Chain of Custody, PEFC Sustainable Forest Management significantly and positively affects the company's competitiveness such as increased customer satisfaction, increased sales and decreased customer complaints.

    Abstract: The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of transformational, transactional, authentic and authoritarian leadership styles on teacher performance in a Madrasah Aliyah at  Pati Central Java. The respondents of this study were 70 teachers and the method of data collection was by distributing electronic questionnaires to the teachers. Data analysis in this study uses SEM (Structural Equation Model) LISREL program version 8.70. The results of the analysis and processing of research data indicate that it shows that the leadership, transactional and authorian styles of Madrasah Aliyahdi Pati show a positive and significant effect on teacher performance while the transformational and authentic leadership styles do not significantly influence teacher performance.     Abstract: ABSTRAKPeralatan listrik yang bertegangan dapat menyebabkan medan listrik di sekitar peralatan listrik, mengetahui besaran nilai medan listrik menjadi hal yang penting, untuk mengetahui paparan medan listrik pada lingkungan sekitar. Metode numerik memainkan peran penting dalam perhitungan medan listrik untuk studi medan listrik yang terkait dengan aplikasi tegangan tinggi. Charge Simulation Method merupakan salah satu metode numerik yang dapat digunakan sebagai pendekatan untuk menghitung distribusi medan listrik dan medan magnet pada penghantar yang bertegangan. Paper ini membahas pemodelan medan listrik di sekitar jaringan distribusi double feeder kontruksi 3B dengan menggunakan Matlab untuk mengetahui jarak ambang batas aman pengaruh medan listrik bagi manusia. Simulasi dilakukan pada setiap fasa konduktor dengan jarak ukuran setiap fasa diatur sesuai kontruksi yang diterapkan pada PLN. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa simulasi menggunakan MATLAB pada distribusi 20 kV double feeder kontruksi 3B, hasil medan listrik maksimal pada ketinggian 1 meter atau pada ketinggian rata-rata manusia, memiliki besaran 1,54 kV/meter. Besaran medan ini lebih kecil dari batas minimal standar WHO dan SNI, sehingga masih masuk batas aman.Kata kunci: medan listrik, charge simulation method, jaringan distribusi, distribusi kontruksi double feeder 3BABSTRACTElectrical equipment can cause an electric field around the equipment, knowing the value of the electric field becomes important, to determine the exposure of the electric field to the surrounding environment. Numerical methods play an important role in the computation of electric fields for the study of electric fields related to high voltage applications. Charge Simulation Method is one of the numerical methods that can be used as an approach to computate the distribution of electric and magnetic fields in a live conductor. This paper discusses the modeling of the electric field around the distribution double feeder 3B construction network using Matlab to determine the safe threshold distance of the influence of the electric field for humans. Simulation experiments are carried out on each phase of the conductor with the distance of each phase adjusted according to the applied construction to PLN. The results showed that the simulation using MATLAB on the distribution of 20 kV double feeder construction of 3B, value of the maximum electric field at an altitude of 1 meter or at an average height of humans, has a magnitude of 1.54 kV / meter. The magnitude of this field is smaller than the minimum WHO and SNI standards, so it is still safe for humans.Keywords: electric field, charge simulation method, distribution network, 3B double feeder construction distribution

    Abstract: This scoping review investigates the potential of bite-sized learning approach in music education. The review identified articles from Scopus and ERIC databases, revealing that bite-sized learning is widely discussed in the field of ICT, mathematics, and medicine. Bite-sized learning is pedagogical and pragmatic, providing easy access, convenience, and reducing cognitive load. The study suggests that music educators can incorporate bite-sized learning by refining music content into manageable small units, utilizing flexible platforms such as TikTok, and tailoring the approach according to learner interests. Bite-sized learning can improve the quality of learning by creating an enjoyable, useful, and understandable learning session, reducing time to mastery, and improving mental health. Moreover, bite-sized learning can align with the 21st century learning traits such as personalization. This review highlights the potential of bite-sized learning in music education and recommends further research to examine its effectiveness in various instruments and related subjects. The study concludes that bite-sized learning can be recognized as a pragmatic, flexible, brevity and personalized learning approach that aligns with the needs of modern learners for the 21st century.

    Abstract: There is a growing concern for educational institutions to transform and innovate their teaching and learning pedagogy to meet today's demands. This phenomenon is reflected in the rise of the flipped or inverted classroom. However, the motivation and intention of educators to transform from conventional teaching to flipped classrooms is poorly understood. Therefore, a scoping review of the literature was undertaken to identify important determinants in educators’ motivation and intention within the UTAUT model to use the flipped classroom. Databases searched included the Web of Science, Scopus, and ERIC databases. Arksey and O’Malley’s five-stage framework was utilized as the method for the scoping review process. The findings reveal four main themes and twelve sub-themes regarding educators’ motivation and intention to implement the flipped classroom, of which social factors are the most dominant determinants. By examining the crucial determinants that influence the motivation and intention of adopting flipped classrooms, this study might assist educators in successfully making the change.
