On the Synthesis of Heterocyclic Phosphonic Acid EstersMethylene-active phosphonic acid esters of type 1 and 10 react under basic conditions with arylazides 2 with formation of the heterocyclic phosphonic acid esters 4 and 12. Compounds 4 and 8 undergo a Dimroth rearrangement. Esters 1 react with nitrile oxides 3 to give the phosphonic acid esters 5. Reaction of 7 with 2 affords the diazotised esters 9.

Methylenaktive Phosphonsäureester des Typs 1 und 10 reagieren unter basischen Bedingungen mit den Arylaziden 2 unter Bildung der heterocyclischen Phosphonsäureester 4 und 12. Die Verbindungen 4 und 8 unterliegen einer Dimroth-Umlagerung. Die Ester 1 liefern mit den Nitriloxiden 3 die Phosphonsäureester 5. Aus 7 und 2 entstehen die Diazoester 9.
