Zusammenfassung Es wird über Erfahrungen mit dem Sekretin-Pankreozymin-Test bei 53 Kindern im Alter von 3 Monaten bis 16 Jahren berichtet. 29 Kinder, bei denen keine Pankreaserkrankung vorlag, wurden als Vergleichskollektiv herangezogen. Es wird auf die Technik, Auswertung und Fehlermöglichkeiten des Testes eingegangen. Der bei drei Viertel aller Patienten beobachtete duodeno-gastrale Reflux wurde über die Bilirubinkonzentration im Duodenal- und Magensaft annähernd errechnet.

Abstract Experience with the secretin-pancreozymin test in 53 children aged 3 months to 16 years is reported. We used 29 children without confirmed pancreatic disease as a control group. The technique, interpretation and possible sources of error are described. In 78% a reflux was observed from the duodenum into the stomach. This volume was calculated approximately by a formula referring to the concentration of bilirubin in gastric and duodenal juice.
