Zusammenfassung Ausgehend von der mikrochemischen Gefriertrocknung von Kryostatschnitten wird ein Verfahren beschrieben, mit dem parallel mikrochemische und histochemische Enzymnachweise durchgeführt werden können. Anhand praktischer Beispiele werden die Vorteile dieser Methode für histochemische Untersuchungen geschildert.

Summary Basing on the microchemical freeze-drying of cryostat sections a simple procedure was developed which allows the parallel demonstration of enzymes with microchemical and histochemical methods. The advantages of this technique for histochemical investigations are described and some practical examples for its use are given.
