    Abstract: The whole structure of a new hydraulic support is designed according to the special working conditions, and the main parameters on its structure and dimension are calculated based on the whole structure and the corresponding formula about the structure design of hydraulic support. The entity of the new hydraulic support is modeled with Pro/E, and the whole assembling of hydraulic support is accomplished based on the former structure and dimension. Thus the dynamic simulation based on the entity model is done with Pro/E given the simulation data derived from the actual working status, and the screen shot of 3 key time nodes among the whole movement process is got, finally the simulation results prove that the design and three dimensional model are correct and available.
