Up to now, the disease situation caused by COVID-19 has spread to most areas of the world with high rates of infection and deaths. Facing the complicated developments of the epidemic, healthcare workers (HCWs) adherence of COVID-19 prevention can be directly influenced by inadequate knowledge and negative attitude. The study aimed to learn about the knowledge, attitudes and practices of COVID-19 epidemic prevention and some factors related among HCWs at Dong Da General Hospital, 2020. Method: This was a cross-sectional study conducted among 295 HCWs in Dong Da General Hospital from 04/2020 to 07/2020. Results: Majority of participants (94.9%) had good knowledge and positive attitude (96.6%) to epidemic prevention but the proportion of healthcare workers who have good preventive practices was not significant (62.0%) of COVID-19. Healthcare workers with good knowledge, working at clinical departments tend to have better preventive practices toward COVID-19 (p = 0.002 and p = 0.002).
