Abstract:
Se utilizan las teorías de Elinor Ostrom para mostrar alternativas de sostenibilidad territorial de bienes comunes como los Parques Nacionales Naturales, especialmente frente a los retos del posacuerdo entre el Estado y los excombatientes de las FARC. Para esto se comparan dos tendencias: la conversión de los parques en bienes públicos y con vigilancia estricta del Estado para garantizar su conservación y protección (que es la solución actual) o utilizar propuestas de cogestión (Estado-comunitarias) que involucren más a las poblaciones que habitan o se encuentran en el área de influencia. Para dicho análisis se usó como ejemplo el Parque Nacional Natural Paramillo, territorio que ha servido como corredor estratégico de los diferentes actores del conflicto y que presenta serias vulnerabilidades de cara al futuro, especialmente por las consecuencias directas e indirectas de los acuerdos de paz del Teatro Colón.
