Abstract:
Iron and boron were detrimental to turf when used at high rates. Low rates of iron, manganese, and boron improved color of turf under low soil fertility. High rates of iron and zinc impaired rhizome development. Boron, the only element that affected shoot growth, produced a slight temporary increase in regrowth between mowings.
