Abstract:
Developmental delay and malformation lead to the pathological phenotype of the p63 mutant mouse. This finding implies both global and local roles for p63 in prenatal growth and development. A 4D Atlas software tool accurately defines and quantifies phenotypic effects of genetic perturbations. This work is a step closer to the automated phenotyping of mouse mutants, particularly those that show developmental delay.
