    Abstract: This work is the development of previously published ones in the journal "Geometry and Graphics" as follows: "Kinematic Correspondence of Rotating Spaces" (№ 1, 2013) and "Formation of Cyclic Surfaces in Kinetic Geometry" (№ 4, 2017). Many of mechanisms make rotational movement, wherein rotating parts of one mechanism "invade" into the zone of rotation for another rotating mechanism’s parts. At the same time, in addition to rotation, they can make other movements, both translational and rotational nature. The theory of kinetic geometry, of which this work is an integral part, is developed in order to avoid collisions of two or more parts of different mechanisms with each other. This is a rather complicated problem in mechanical engineering, in the mining industry, in metallurgy, and in space navigation, where there are no objects that are at rest. Therefore, the kinetic theory of matching for rotating spaces R1 3 and R23 when they are independent from each other movement is quite relevant. In this work have been considered cases for mapping of geometric figures of one space to another one when these figures are moving inside their space R13 . A theory which is presented has been called kinetic geometry, as it relates to engineering problems associated with gearings. These problems were addressed for the first time and drew-up as inventions. A monograph entitled "Introduction to Kinetic Geometry" is currently being prepared for publication.

    Abstract: Subject. The relevance of this review is related to the increasing number of patients taking osteomodifying agents. Osteomodifying agents are used in the treatment of bone metastases of malignant tumors and osteoporosis. A serious complication associated with the use of osteomodifying agents – bisphosphonates – is bisphosphonate osteonecrosis of the jaw. There are also data on the development of osteonecrosis of the jaw when taking denosumab. However, the pathogenesis of this complication is not fully understood. Study of etiological factors and pathogenetic mechanisms of jaw osteonecrosis development, associated with taking osteomodifying agents will allow to prevent it at early stages and improve quality of life of patients. Objectives – analysis of foreign studies on the impact of osteomodifying agents on the human body and associated osteonecrosis of the jaws. Methodology. The literature review was carried out on the basis of the analysis of the published studies. Using the key words in the electronic resource of the journal "Nature" the foreign scientific studies with the results of the research on the influence of the osteomodifying agents on the human body and the cases of osteonecrosis of the jaws associated with them were selected. Results. OMAs increase bone density through several mechanisms. However, some osteomodifying agents increase the risk of atypical fractures of the femur, forearms, and vertebrae, and increase the incidence of osteonecrosis of the jaw and some cancers. Research continues on risk factors for these complications in patients taking osteomodifying agents. Conclusion. Osteomodifying agents are widely used in oncology and prevention of age-related changes in the human bone system. Therapeutic effects and complications of therapy with osteomodifying agents are studied worldwide.

    Abstract: Introduction. Targeted diabetic confectionery for people with carbohydrate metabolism impairment includes sugar substitutes or sweeteners instead of sugar. At the same time, modified carbohydrate composition should guarantee high sensory characteristics of the finished product, production technology and the raw materials being the main quality factors. Certain safety requirements are imposed on sweeteners and sugar substitutes, and their daily intake is regulated. Sweeteners and sugar substitutes have various technological and functional properties that are taken into account when developing specialized confectionery products. In this regard, the search for substitutes of non-sugar nature is a relevant matter. The research objective was to analyze, systematize, and generalize international and domestic experience in the use of sweeteners and sugar substitutes in the technology of confectionery products. Study objects and methods. The authors analyzed related scientific articles and legislative documents over the past ten years. The materials were obtained from Elibrary, Scimago Journal Country Rank, Scopus, and Scielo. The methods included analysis, systematization, and generalization. Results and discussion. Technological exclusion of sugar from formulations of flour and sugar confectionery is a difficult task. Each of the currently known sweeteners and sugar substitutes has its advantages and disadvantages. The authors analyzed their specific features, technological properties, and consumption rates. They identified sweeteners that are widely used in technologies of sugar and flour confectionery products and do not affect the sensory characteristics of the finished product. Conclusion. The range of sweeteners and sugar substitutes in confectionery technology is limited. The domestic and foreign experience of using sweeteners showed that stevioside and sorbitol are used both as sweeteners and in flour confectionery. Isomalt and lactitol proved effective in chocolate production, if used under optimal technological conditions. New scientifically based formulations and technologies for targeted confectionery for people with impaired carbohydrate metabolism and further research on the use of sweeteners and sugar substitutes will satisfy the increasing demand for these products and expand the range of healthy foods.
