Abstract: Sea transportation experiences risks and material loss in its operation. The most significant risks include damage to the vessel and sea pollution due to ship collisions and accidents. The carrier should prioritize the risks. When the underwriter does not cover the risk, the shipowner should establish an association covering the loss among the members to the extent the underwriter does not cover it. This study will examine the importance of the Rule to P & I Clubs and its impact on Indonesian carriers and will also find the differences between P & I Club and Insurance. The research adopts Library Resarch Method, dogmatic legal approach, a descriptive and analytical nature. Due to the method, the following sources have been used: Convention law, domestic legislation, case law, legal textbooks, journal articles, P & I Club Rules, preparatory works, and websites of international organizations and law firms. P & I CLUB covers many accidents which are not covered by any marine insurance. In pollution accidents, P & I covers every detail of the impact of pollution. The difference between P & I Club with marine loss insurance, in general, is that P & I Club covers the loss/damage more extensively, which is not covered by any marine insurance.

Abstract: Trash bins has always been a commodity of a paramount need, nonetheless, it is often taken for granted even though it is something that is connected directly to our basic human needs (especially food). Waste management system as an issue has never been completely resolved, and to make it worse, this new lifestyle in which we are living most of our lives in our homes instead of our usual workplaces. The pandemic forces us to stay at home and by nature makes us consume more consumables in our homes relative to the times in which we could eat or do our activities outside, hence producing more waste in our homes. Trash bins are used according to its name as a waste management system, but with the problems that we are in right now, trash bins need something new for them to be able to adapt in this era, increasing its efficacy. This project taps its feet into innovation waters by adopting the ever so hyped Go-Green movement as its pivotal core, while also challenging the new Industrial Revolution with IOT system in plans to achieve the new and fresh market in which Gen Y and Z are flourishing. Utilizing the Double Diamond Design Thinking Method in an effort to get user feedbacks in the process. This journal finds its conclusion in the form of a design, an Eco trash can with IOT functions in accordance of accommodating workspaces.

Background: Work fatigue is a condition of weakening activities, motivation, and physical fatigue to do work. 50% of work accidents come from the contribution of work fatigue. One of them occurs in hospital nurses in Indonesia. Fatigue can be caused by several factors, including work factors (work shifts, workload and work stress), worker factors (age and working period) and work environment factors (dust, light, noise and temperature). In this study, the factors that will be discussed are the work factor and the worker factor. Both of these factors have an impact on physical ability to do work so that it has an impact on work fatigue. This literature review aims to analyze the factors that cause work fatigue in hospital nurses in Indonesia.Method: The study methodology used in this study is a literature review or literature review, namely a study carried out through data collection aimed at the object of study or data collection that is library in nature, then comparing the results of each study data obtained. Furthermore, the analysis of the most influential and significant level of work fatigue from all representative journal data uses the One Way Anova analysis test.Result: Based on the research that has been studied, the main factor that influences the occurrence of high work fatigue caused by work factors is a high level of workload. The reason for being the most influential factor causing fatigue is because from the overall results of the journals studied, the workload is the most that results in high work fatigue in hospital nurses. The analysis of the most influential and significant level of work fatigue from all representative journal data uses the One Way Anova analysis test. The results of the analysis of the level of work fatigue using the One Way Anova analysis test obtained a low level of fatigue of 39.5360%, a moderate level of work fatigue of 42.6140% and a high level of work fatigue of 15.8040 %. So that it can be concluded that the most dominating level of work fatigue is at a moderate level of work fatigue. The results of the One Way Anova analysis obtained a p-value of 0.011 〈 0.05, meaning that the average of the three levels of fatigue was significantly different. Conclusion: The most influential factor on nurses' work fatigue is the work factor is workload. The results of the literature review conducted on the fatigue category that occurs on average are in the moderate fatigue category. Factors causing the level of work fatigue are among others caused by workload. Keywords: Work fatigue; hospital; nurse; Indonesia; literature
