Abstract: In order to study the role of information technology in the promotion of agricultural development and information in today's social and economic development of the most important strategic impact, on the basis of modern management, this paper investigates and studies the existing agricultural machinery management information system through the application of grey theory, information system engineering, information system utility, and other theories. The results show that a new agricultural machinery equipment management information system is developed through PHP and Mysql databases, and the system data is summarized and analyzed to obtain agricultural machinery management information. Through the experiment, the authors found that ordinary users can inquire about agricultural policies and science and technology through the internet and can also inquire about the scientific and technological schemes of various agricultural development processes.

Abstract: The book, “The Psychology of Climate Change Communication: A Guide for Scientists, Journalists, Educators, Political Aides, and the Interested Public” created by the Centre for Research on Environmental Decisions (CRED), is a useful guide for climate change communicators to make climate change communication more effective. It shows the centrality of (social) psychology for effective climate change communication that results in positive behavior change in people. The guide breaks down the psychology-based strategy for effective communication for behavior change into clear, easy to follow steps with real life examples to illustrate the steps.

Abstract: The considerable environmental concerns and limited resources have prompted oil and gas companies to incorporate effective sustainable practices into their procurement strategy. This study aims to assess and prioritise critical internal and external organisational factors, and innovative capabilities, and their respective sub-criteria for the implementation of sustainable procurement (SP). Analytical hierarchy process (AHP) is employed to prioritise the main factors and subfactors that can critically affect the implementation of SP strategies in the context of the UAE's oil and gas companies. Data were collected through a survey wherein 10 senior executives in procurement departments of two oil and gas companies reveal the internal factors are the highest and innovation capability is the lowest ranked criterion. Leadership is the highest ranked sub-criteria of internal factors, while ethical and ecological environment as the most prioritised one in external factors. Technology adoption is to be the most important sub-criteria amongst innovation capabilities.

Abstract: The aim of this paper is to measure the business performance by taking Cloud computing adoption as a mediating variable in Indian industries. A conceptual model is framed using the concept of a TAM-TOE framework which is combined with some new constructs of ‘Risk'. Partial and full mediation are used from the umbrella concept of SEM (Structural Equation Modelling) to test the hypotheses. The study identified that Technological variables ‘Technology Innovation (TI)' and ‘Usage of Technology (UT)' positively mediates the relationship, Organizational variable ‘Industry Usage (IU)' negatively mediates the relationship and Environmental variables ‘Management Style (MS)' positively mediates the relationship whereas ‘Trust (T)' has no mediation effect. The ‘Risk' factors ‘Risk Analysis (RA)' positively influences the mediation process and ‘Perceived IT Security Risk (PITR)' has no mediation effect on the dependent variable ‘Business performance (BP)'. The findings of the study have some important implications. As the constructs ‘Risk (Perceived IT Security Risk)' and ‘Trust' have no mediation effect, it implies industries do not give importance on these factors while adopting Cloud computing. Hence, risk and trust resulted as the barriers for technology adoption, and organizations should verify these criteria during Cloud computing adoption of a better performance in the business. The study tests indirect effect and direct effect on business performance considering Cloud computing adoption as the mediating variable.
