Antibody-antigen mediated adsorption in the immunomagnetic cell isolation system

Summary

Magnetic beads coupled with secondary monoclonal antibodies were used to remove cells expressing the common acute lymphoblastic leukemia antigen by adsorption. The influences of the bead-to-cell ratio, temperature and the amout of antibodies used on the effectiveness of the immunomagnetic cell isolation were studied.
