Summary
The 17-β-estradiol level was studied in healthy men, in patients having had a myocardial infarction and in patients with peripheral obliterative arterial disease.
The comparison of the experimental results indicates a significantly higher serum content of 17-β-estradiol in patients with infarction and in those suffering from peripheral obliterative arterial disease than in normal controls.
Zusammenfassung
Bei gesunden Männern sowie bei Patienten mit überstandenem Myokardinfarkt und mit peripheren Durchblutungsstörungen wurde der 17-β-Oestradiolspiegel überprüft.
Der Vergleich der Befunde der Gruppen zeigt, daß die Patienten mit Herzinfarkt sowie mit peripheren Durchblutungsstörungen signifikant höhere 17-β-Oestradiolserumtiter aufweisen als das gesunde Kontrollkollektiv.
