Summary
A report of a case of appendico-ileal fistula presenting as a submucosal mass in the terminal ileum is presented. We have not seen any other patient in whom the lesion presented as a small bowel tumor. This case is also particularly unusual in that the patient had never experienced any symptoms consistent with appendicitis.
