Résumé

L'existence d'un facteur pseudo-isocyanine positif semblable à l'insuline est constatée dans les coupes histologiques et dans les extraits chromotogrammés des cordons cellulaires du pancréas deLampetra fluviatilis. En outre, l'extrait acide de ces cordons, injecté au lapin et la lamproie produit un effet hypoglycémique significatif.
