Immunoprecipitation of N1 mutants with cellular pro-apoptotic Bcl-2 proteins.

(A) Ability of TAP-tagged WT and mutant N1 to immunoprecipitate HA-tagged Bad after transfection in HEK 293T cells. FLAG-tagged N1 constructs were immunoprecipitated with anti-FLAG antibody and presence of HA-tagged Bad was determined by anti-HA immunoblotting. (B) Ability of TAP-tagged WT and mutant N1 to immunoprecipitate Bid after transfection in HEK 293T cells. TAP-tagged N1 constructs were affinity-purified (AP) using streptavidin beads and presence of Bid was analysed by anti-Bid immunoblotting.
