Summary
A plate diffusion assay for quantitative determination of roquefortine withBacillus stearothermophilus as test organism was developed. With this assay concentrations of 25 μg/ml could still be measured. In comparison with a fluorescence method this test is less sensitive, but just as exact and much easier to apply, so that the biological assay can be considered as an additional determination.
Zusammenfassung
MitBacillus stearothermophilus als Testkeim wurde ein Plattendiffusionstest zur quantitativen Roquefortinbestimmung ausgearbeitet, mit dem Konzentrationen von 25 μg/ml noch erfaßt werden können. Im Vergleich zu einer Fluorescenzmeßmethode ist der Test weniger empfindlich, aber ebenso exakt und in seiner Handhabung ungleich einfacher, so daß der biologische Test als zusätzliche Meßmethode angesehen werden kann.
