Abstract
Within the scope of the paper the influence of the variation of the anisotropy coefficient on the risk of failure of complex forming parts is analysed within a numerical study in Autoform. For a detailed analysis of different forming conditions within a complex geometry, the cross die is used. The initial blank geometry is modified in order to indicate a stretch forming condition during the forming process. Furthermore a hole is cut into the initial blank to enforce a relative movement between the blank area in the middle of the forming part and punch surface. The aim is to analyse the effect of the variation of anisotropy in dependency of typical materials deformation states in FE-simulation.
