Zusammenfassung

63 Gastarbeiter wurden auf den Ernährungszustand und die Risikofaktoren der Koronarkrankheit untersucht. Der Ernährungsstatus sowie die Verteilung der Risikofaktoren der Koronarkrankheit unterscheiden sich zum Teil wesentlich von den Daten, die bei einheimischer Bevölkerung ermittelt wurden.

Summary

A survey was conducted on the state of nutrition of 63 migrant workers, as well as on health hazards linked with coronary diseases. The state of nutrition and the breakdown of these health hazards considerably differ from the data gathered on the Swiss population.

Résumé

On a déterminé l'état nutritionnel et les facteurs de risque pour les maladies cardiovasculaires de 63 saisonniers. Certains résultats diffèrent nettement des données que l'on a sur la population suisse.
