Chronic exposure to LPS leads to greater lung inflammation in Aoah-/- lungs.

Mice were treated with 10 μg LPS i.n. twice a week for 8 weeks. (A) Aoah-/- mice had more inflammatory cells in their BALF than Aoah+/+ mice. Two-way ANOVA was used. n = 6–8.
