Effect of raltegravir on HIV PI-induced disruption of lipid homeostasis in macrophages.
Mouse J774A.1 cells were treated with LOPV/RITV (15 µM) in the presence or absence of raltegravir (15 µM) for 24 h. Total cell lysates were used to measure the intracellular free cholesterol, total cholesterol, and triglyceride using Wako kits and normalized using total protein amount.
