PMA-activated THP-1 cells (106/ml) were co-cultured with HK Y or H cells of C. albicans at the indicated ratios. Cytokines released in culture supernatants after an 18 h incubation were measured by ELISA. Negative controls, PMA-activated THP-1 cells only.
