Mouse J774A.1 cells were treated with ritonavir (25 µM) with or without raltegravir (25 µM) for 24 h. (A) Representative tracings of the Fura-2 fluorescence ratio of 340∶380 nm in an individual macrophage for each treatment group before and after addition of 100 nM thapsigargin (TG) are shown.
