Abstract
We show that the general solution of the Einstein-Dilaton-antisymmetric-tensors field equations of all superstring theories exhibits a chaotic oscillatory behaviour of the Belinskii-Khalatnikov-Lifshitz type near a cosmological singularity. This result indicates that superstring cosmology is much more complex than is assumed in the scenarios presently discussed in the literature.
