A sample of 3.95M $\psi \mathrm{}\left(2S\right)\mathrm{}$ decays registered in the BES detector are used to study final states containing pairs of octet and decuplet baryons. We report branching fractions for $\psi \mathrm{}\left(2S\right)\mathrm{}\to p\overline{p},$ $\Lambda \overline{\Lambda },$ ${\Sigma }^0{\overline{\Sigma }}^0,$ ${\Xi }^{-}{\overline{\Xi }}^{+},$ ${\Delta }^{++}{\overline{\Delta }}^{--},$ ${\Sigma }^{+}\mathrm{}\left(1385\right)\mathrm{}{\overline{\Sigma }}^{-}\mathrm{}\left(1385\right),$ ${\Xi }^0\mathrm{}\left(1530\right)\mathrm{}{\overline{\Xi }}^0\mathrm{}\left(1530\right),$ and ${\Omega }^{-}{\overline{\Omega }}^{+}.$ These results are compared to expectations based on the $\mathrm{SU}\left(3\right)\mathrm{}$-flavor symmetry, factorization, and perturbative QCD.
