Abstract: Given the ubiquity of sustainability, the study attempts to develop and validate measurement constructs for financial inclusion. Further, it empirically examines the statistical relationship between validated constructs of financial inclusion and financial empowerment of blue-collar migrant workers. This empirical study proposes an exclusive research framework to inspect the development and validation of measurement scales for financial inclusion in the context of sustainable growth in India. The primary data were collected using the structured interview schedule among 268 blue-collar migrant workers. The Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA) was employed to validate measurement constructs of financial inclusion and examine their hypothetical and conjectural relationships with the help of multiple correlation analysis. This paper identified eight valid and reliable underlying constructs of financial inclusion with the help of an exploratory factor study. The underlying constructs are ease of access, usage, availability, affordability, physical proximity, awareness and knowledge, financial literacy, and financial empowerment. Further, the outcomes of this study also confirmed that the underlying constructs of financial inclusion have a significant positive influence on the financial empowerment of blue-collar migrant workers.

Abstract: The relevance of digital technology to fight isolation, distribute preventive measures and assist economic systems began to build as early as the installation of the first health measures for covid 19. This study's goal is to analyze Latin America's ability to fulfill this challenge. The following are the conclusions: Latin America's digital ecosystem is at an intermediate degree of development, allowing it to somewhat alleviate the consequences of the epidemic. Also, the rural/urban contrast shows a significant amount of digital marginalization. The digital divide prevents key segments of the population from receiving health information, downloading instructional resources to improve school performance, or purchasing things online. The digital gap is compounded by the fact that most Latin American homes only use the internet for communication and social networking. A home digital resilience index (calculated on the use of the Internet to download health apps, educational apps, perform e-commerce operations and use fintech). It also suggests a lack of technology adoption, but rather a lack of technological integration in manufacturing processes, notably supply networks. The share of the workforce that can telework adds to the labor market disruption in COVID-19.

Abstract: Over the last few decades, there has been a gradual deterioration in higher education in all three areas: the academic setting (both staff and students), as well as research and development output (including graduates). All colleges and universities are essentially focused on improving management decision-making and educating pupils. High-quality higher education can be obtained through a variety of methods. One method is to accurately forecast pupils’ achievement in their chosen educational context. There are numerous prediction models from which to pick. While it is unclear whether there are any markers that can predict whether a kid will be an academic genius, a dropout, or an average performer, the researcher reports student achievement. This article presents a metaheuristics and machine learning-based method for the classification and prediction of student performance. Firstly, features are selected using a relief algorithm. Machine learning classifiers such as BPNN, RF, and NB are used to classify student academic performance data. BPNN is having better accuracy for classification and prediction of student academic performance.

Abstract: The failure or success of an enterprise depends upon its working capital management practices (WCMP) along with effective corporate social responsibilities (CSR) and social entrepreneurship (SE). These factors ensure not only the soundness of financial indicators but also the profitability of an enterprise. Therefore, the objective of this study was to determine the impact of CSR, SE, and WCMP on the performance of small–medium enterprises (SMEs) of tourism sector, during the lockdown period in Malaysia. The goals also include the investigation of moderating role of employee behavior (EB) among the nexus of CSR, SE, WCMP, and performance of SMEs. The survey was performed to find out the practices adopted by the SMEs during corona days. A quantitative research method has been adopted to get data with convenient sampling technique, and PLS-SEM has been exploited to find out the significant nexus among CSR, SE, WCMP, and the performance of SMEs. The results indicate that CSR, SE, and WCMP have a positive association with the performance of SMEs in Malaysia. The results also indicate that EB positively moderates among the nexus of CSR, SE, WCMP, and the performance of SMEs in Malaysia. Stock review strategies by the SMEs during the corona days also exhibit significant differences except for no stock review. Significant differences between the enterprises show a lack of adaptation of the financial indicators that determine enterprise soundness. The study not only provides guidelines for entrepreneurs of SMEs but also helps in maintaining standards for the evaluation of the enterprises.

Abstract: Technological efforts are currently being used across a broad array of industries. Through the combination of consumer choice and matching principle, the goal of this paper is to investigate the prospective implications of artificial intelligence systems on businesses’ outcomes. From an entrepreneurship standpoint, the research revealed that artificial intelligence systems can help with better decision-making. What impact does the introduction of AI-based decision-making technologies have on organizational policymaking? The quirks of human and AI-based policymaking are identified in this research based on five important contextual factors: precision of the choice search area, contribution to the innovation of the policymaking process and result, volume of the replacement collection, policymaking pace, and generalizability. We create a novel paradigm comparative analysis of conventional and automation judgment along these criteria, demonstrating how both judgment modalities can be used to improve organizational judgment efficiency. Furthermore, the research shows that, by involving internal stakeholders, they can manage the correlation among AI technologies and improve decision for businessmen. Furthermore, the research shows that customer preferences and industry norms can moderate the link between AI systems and superior entrepreneurial judgment. The goal of this work is to conduct a thorough literature analysis examining the confluence of AI and marketing philosophy, as well as construct a theoretical model that incorporates concerns based on established studies in the areas. This research shows that, in a setting with artificial intelligence systems, customer expectation, industry standards, and participative management, entrepreneurial strategic decisions are enhanced. This research provides entrepreneurs with technology means for enhancing decision-making, illustrating the limitless possibilities given by AI systems. A conceptual approach is also formed, which discusses the four factors of profit maximization: relationship of AI tools and IT with corporate objectives; AI, organizational learning, and decision-making methodology; and AI, service development, and value. This study proposes a way to exploit this innovative innovation without destroying society. We show real-world examples of each of these frameworks, indicate circumstances in which they are likely to improve decision-making performance in organizations, and provide actionable implications into their constraints. These observations have a wide variety of implications for establishing new management methods and practices from both academic and conceptual viewpoints.

Abstract: Patient’s medical records are now accessible from anywhere and at any time, thanks to the Internet and the changes it has wrought in the healthcare industry. Electronic health records were dogged by a lack of standards, but that was not the only issue. Decentralized online ledgers were already being proposed and used to solve interoperability and privacy issues when blockchain-based systems were first built. As far as technical issues go, scaling, usability, and accessibility stand out. On the one hand, it is difficult to keep secure access control measures on-chain while simultaneously keeping a wide range of medical data off-chain. Finding out who owns what and spreading access control of data is the second challenge in medical settings. Using temporal blockchain, the Secured Healthcare System (SHS) aims to address these problems (TB). As an SHS fundamental building piece, the context-based Merkle tree emphasizes privacy, enhanced integrity management, and access control methods (CBMT). For interoperability and scale control, the framework uses temporal features, HL7 criteria, and IPFS data management (IPFS). Personalized micro booklet (PML) security was found to be affected by the SHS framework, namely, on the time-based shadow notions and the contextual components of the PML (PML). Taking advantage of the architecture’s enormous potential to solve the challenges of siloed data and enabling tamper-proof, secure healthcare transaction has been sought.

The relevance of emotions in teaching is now a widely studied aspect, although the way in which teachers can carry out, regulate and control their emotions is being discussed, the study proposes how emotional intelligence can be incorporated into teaching through the competences to achieve better teaching performance. The survey technique was used, collecting data from 244 university teachers through a questionnaire using simple random sampling. The data has been analyzed using partial least squares path modeling (PLS), approach of the SEM structural equation model with the SmartPLS 3.3.0 software, the findings revealed that the model has a significant impact on teaching performance, the determination coefficients were; teacher skills (r2 = 0.703) teacher attitude (r2 = 0.661), teacher knowledge (r2 = 0.648) and for teacher performance (r2 = 0.733). with a root mean square error of approximation (SRMR) of 0.056 that makes the confirmatory model relevant. Therefore, it was statistically demonstrated that emotional intelligence has a strong impact on teachers' competences, which in turn contributes to the professor performance.
