    Kurzfassung: Taiwan has come to an aging society, dementia of the elderly has become a major concern of the community. The symptom causes a significant reduction of the hand-eye coordination and memory abilities. The hand-eye coordination ability involves many nerve systems. The brain perceives things through the eyes and acquires various information through the touches by different parts of the body, and then makes synthetic analysis before giving an executive order. Therefore, using fun interactive games to activate the hand-eye coordination and memory ability can delay the onset of dementia. In this modern technology era, using information technology to improve the training facility and better the approaches has become a trend. In this study, software programs coded in C# and Flash are developed to work on the Bluetooth ball hardware to facilitate the rehabilitation. The basic principle is use the reaction from the Bluetooth ball’s swaying or swinging to drive the movement of the objects on the computer screen, making the supposedly boring rehabilitation much more fun and vivid in the interactive multimedia environment, thus gaining better treatment effect. Also, RFID, Internet and databases can be integrated into this facility to provide patient identification and data storage for references in making rehabilitation training programs.

    Kurzfassung: The quality of kiwifruit with three different maturities were studied on the shelf life. Different maturity of kiwifruits were stored at 0±0.5°Cfor 50 days and then taken them at 20±0.5°C for 12 days.Results showed that the kiwifruits with the firmness of 13kg cm -2 can keep a relative good quality during the shelf life.

    Kurzfassung: The distribution and activity of cell receptors, which are key factors of baculovirus-insect cell interactions, may be attributed to cell cycle. In fact, the virtual difference in time of infection is the difference in cell cycle distribution. In this work, the effects of cell cycle on cell activity and baculovirus production were investigated. Sf9 cells were infected with baculovirus at the different cycle phases. It was found that G1 phase plays a substantial role in cell activity and competence for the baculovirus replication. Sf9 cells have the highest succinate dehydrogenase activity and are most sensitive for the baculovirus replication when the proportion of G1 phase in cell population reaches a maximum. On the hand, cell activity is at the lowest when G2/M percentage reaches its maximum. These results provide a guidance in developing the baculovirus infection dynamics model and controlling the expression of useful foreign genes when cell cycle is taken into account.

    Kurzfassung: It is important to notice that the access control mechanism has been widely applied in various areas, such as on-line video systems, wireless network, and electronic documents. We propose an access control mechanism which is constructed based on two mathematical fundamentals: Lagrange interpolation and ElGamal algorithm. We conduct performance analysis to compare the efficiency of our proposed scheme with that of several related published schemes in both key generation phase and key derivation phase. Our new scheme is proven to be more efficient. It is shown, as expected, a more efficient scheme provides relatively less security and a more secure scheme is relatively less efficient for private keys of the same size.

    Kurzfassung: To fully utilize the residual of microwave-heated pyrolysis, the char was activated by vapor and used as adsorbent. Langmuir and Freundlich model were applied to adsorption for methylene blue, and the Freundlich gave a better fitting results. The high amount of adsorbent and temperature were favorable to adsorption, and the adsorbent showed high adsorption capacity in the pH range of 48. These results indicate the activated char have a greatly potential in treatment of dye wastewater.

    Kurzfassung: Quantitative identification of the saline soil salinity content is a necessary precondition for the reasonable improvement and utilization of saline land, the article aimed at comparing the different quantitative analysis methods and achieving fast estimation of the saline soil salt content in the Yellow River Delta based on the visible-near infrared spectroscopy. Kenli County in Shandong Province was selected as the experimental area, firstly, the representative soil samples were selected, hyperspectral reflectance of the soil samples were measured in situ and transformed to the first deviation. Secondly the correlate spectra, the characteristic spectra and indices were firstly filtered using correlation analysis. Finally, the estimation models of soil salinity content were built using the multiple linear regression (MLR), back propagation neural network (BPNN) and support vector machine (SVM) respectively. The results indicated that the characteristic wave bands of soil salinity were 684 nm and 2058 nm. On the condition of the same input variables, the prediction precision of the SVM models was the highest, followed by the BPNN, the MLR was the lowest. The SVM model based on the first deviation of the reflectance at 684 and 2058nm had the highest precision, with the calibration R 2 of 0.91 and RMSE as 0.11%, the validation R 2 of 0.93, RMSE as 0.26% and RPD as 2.61, which had very good prediction accuracy of soil salt content, and was very stable and reliable. Different input variables had a great impact on the model accuracy, among of the MLR models, only the precision of the model based on characteristic spectral indices was slightly higher and could be used to estimate salt content, among of the BPNN and SVM models, the precision of the models based on characteristic spectra and indices was more high and stable significantly than the models on the correlate spectra. Therefore, for the three modeling methods of multiple linear regression, back propagation neural network and support vector machine, building the estimation model of saline soil salinity content based on characteristic spectra indices was effective.

    Kurzfassung: Turning can supply oxygen and increase dewatering efficiency during the composting process. This study was conducted to investigate the influence of turning on water removal. In this study, different turning modes were used in different fermentation phases. Results showed that turning in thermophilic phase improve the efficiency of water removal; in cooling phase, higher turning frequency resulted in lower water removal; turning in temperature-increasing phase had no significant effect on water removal. Unturning in the temperature-increasing phase, turning once in the thermophilic phase, and turning every 4 days in the cooling phase achieved the best effects of water removal, the water reduction was 0.566 tonston -1 matrix.

    Kurzfassung: Taking ‘Fuji’ fresh-cut apples as material, studied on the effect of different temperatures (-2 ̊C,0 ̊C,2 ̊C and 4 ̊C) on storage quality of fresh-cut apples during 25 days. The results indicated that low temperature can significantly keep the storage quality of fresh-cut apples and inhibit browning. Moreover, compared to the other treatment groups, treatment at 0 ̊C better maintained the firmness, color, as well as higher contents of titratable acid and lower MDA content, which showed 0 ̊C can extent storage time.

    Kurzfassung: The method recommended by ACI Committee 544 was used in this paper. Drop hammer impact tests based on mortar specimens with different contents of polypropylene fiber were carried out. The compressive strength test is done before and after impacting. Under different drop hammer impact time, polypropylene fiber mortar specimens’ damage degree was evaluate based on compressive strength. The results show that the hammering number corresponding to the impact fracture of polypropylene fiber mortar is more than ordinary mortar that without fiber. The axial compressive strength of all specimens decreased gradually during the process of hammering, but adding the right amount of polypropylene fibers can effectively slow down the rate of strength reduction.

    Kurzfassung: Abstract. This study used finite element software SYSWELD to analyze residual stresses in butt-weld between underframe and side wall of high-speed train car body. Based on the thermal-elastic-plastic theory, double ellipsoid heat source model is adopted to simulate the residual stresses under different heat input in the welded joints between underframe and side wall. The residual stresses at the surface of weld specimen were measured experimentally by using the hole-drilling method. The results of the finite element analysis were compared with experimentally measured data to evaluate the accuracy of the finite element modeling. Based on this study, a modelling procedure with reasonable accuracy was developed. The developed finite element modelling was used to study the effects of welding heat input on magnitude and distribution of welding residual stresses in butt-weld of high-speed train car body made of A6N01-T5. The results show the maximum residual stress exists in the welded seam and the adjacent-weld zone, and the residual stress value decreases gradually while the zone is farther from the weld center .Besides, With the increase of the welding heat input, the residual stress value increases gradually.
