Kurzfassung: The first weighting control is one of the difficult problems that cannot be avoided in the safe and efficient production of longwall mining face. To optimize the existing pressure releasing technology of open-off cut, the open-off cut roof cutting pressure releasing (OCRCPR) technology is put forward on the basis of roof cutting pressure releasing gob-side entry retaining (RCPRGER) technology. Firstly, the mechanism of the technology and the design method of related key parameters are summarized. Then the pressure releasing effect of OCRCPR and the stress environment change under this technology are analyzed by mechanics calculation and numerical simulation, respectively, which verify the feasibility of the OCRCPR technology from the theoretical level. Finally, a test mining face is taken as an example to implement the field test. The field test results show that the OCRCPR can effectively shorten the first weighting step and weaken the first weighting strength and has a good pressure releasing effect.

Kurzfassung: Glioblastoma multiforme (GBM) is a prevalent intracranial brain tumor associated with a high rate of recurrence and treatment difficulty. The prediction of novel molecular biomarkers through bioinformatics analysis may provide new clues into early detection and eventual treatment of GBM. Here, we used data from the GTEx and TCGA databases to identify 1923 differentially expressed genes (DEGs). GO and KEGG analyses indicated that DEGs were significantly enriched in immune response and coronavirus disease-COVID-19 pathways. Survival analyses revealed a significant correlation between high expression of C1R, CCL2, and TNFRSF1A in the coronavirus disease-COVID-19 pathway and the poor survival in GBM patients. Cell experiments indicated that the mRNA expression levels of C1R, CCL2, and TNFRSF1A in GBM cells were very high. Immune infiltration analysis revealed a significant difference in the proportion of immune cells in tumor and normal tissue, and the expression levels of C1R, CCL2, and TNFRSF1A were associated with immune cell infiltration of GBM. Additionally, the protein-protein interaction networks of C1R, CCL2, and TNFRSF1A involved a total of 65 nodes and 615 edges. These results suggest that C1R, CCL2, and TNFRSF1A may be used as molecular biomarkers of prognosis and immune infiltration in GBM patients in the future.

Kurzfassung: A nanocrystalline layer was prepared on the surface of 34CrMo4 steel by time controlling shot peening (SP, i.e., 1, 5, 10, and 20 minutes). Field emission scanning electron microscopy (FESEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD) analysis, and transmission electron microscope (TEM) were applied to analyze the surface, cross-sections, and grain size of the specimens before and after SP. The electrochemical corrosion behavior was used to simulate a liquid under the oil and gas wells environment. It was characterized by the potentiodynamic polarization test and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS). The analysis results show that the surfaces of the SP samples were very rough and had numerous cracks. A passive film on SP surface was formed by nanocrystalline grains. However, the passive film formed in the initial stage was not dense or uniform, and cracks occurred in the passive film during peening, resulting in a decrease in corrosion resistance.

Kurzfassung: Filling mining is a main technology of mining coal resources under buildings, and it has a good effect on preventing ground subsidence. Taking Wangtaipu coal mine of the Shanxi Jincheng Anthracite Coal Mining Group as the engineering background, in order to solve the problem of traditional closed brick wall at the end of working face, which consumes a lot of manpower and material resources, and low efficiency, a technology of rapid-molding in-closed retaining-wall was proposed. Through theoretical analysis and engineering analogy, the overall structure and size of the mold bag were designed. Through the experiment of high-water bleeding rate and slurry expansion, it was determined that the best water-cement ratio was 0.85 : 1, and the best additive content was 25 kg/m3. Taking economic factors into consideration, it was determined that liquid sodium silicate was used as the admixture. The XV2308 working face was selected for on-site testing and the on-site monitoring of the roof pressure, the roadway deformation, and the stress of the coal body. The results showed that there was no large area roof pressure on the working face, the coal body was under stable force, the stress concentration coefficient was small, the coal pillar had no plastic failure, and the roadway deformation was small. Through on-site monitoring of ground subsidence, the results showed that the amount of ground movement and deformation were small. The maximum value of subsidence was 12 mm, which could meet the requirements of safety production and had significant economic benefits.

Kurzfassung: Hypoxia problem has always been a difficult point in plateau tunneling projects. To solve this problem, a blind heading face in a plateau metal mine in western China was taken as the physical model, and the computational fluid dynamics was used to analyze the oxygen mass fraction distribution and oxygen-increasing effect in 1 m, 3 m, and 5 m roadway sections from the heading face. The optimal ventilation system was first built to obtain the optimum height and length of the airflow ducts. Then different cases with various oxygen supply duct designs were built in 2 scenarios. The results found that different oxygen supply duct design has significant influence on the oxygen distribution in the heading face. Also, each design has different optimal height of oxygen outlet. The oxygen supply effect is best when some small holes are made in the oxygen supply duct to diffuse oxygen to the working surface. The finding of this paper is helpful for effective and economical oxygen supply in roadway excavation of plateau metal mine and tunnel.

Kurzfassung: N6-Methyladenosine (m6A) modification is one of the commonest chemical modifications in eukaryotic mRNAs, which has essential effects on mRNA translation, splicing, and stability. Currently, there is a rising concern on the regulatory role of m6A in tumorigenesis. As a known component in the m6A methyltransferase complex, METTL3 (methyltransferase-like 3) plays an essential role in m6A methylation. Till now, the functions of METTL3 in oral squamous cell carcinoma (OSCC) and its relative mechanism remain to be explored. In this research, through the GEPIA database, we found that high METTL3 expression has a correlation with poor prognosis of squamous cell carcinoma of head and neck. qRT-PCR displayed that METTL3 was highly expressed in OSCC cells. Functionally, METTL3 knockdown reduced the invasion, migration, and proliferation competence of OSCC cells and attenuated the activation of CD8+ T cells. In contrast, METTL3 overexpression resulted in opposite results. GEPIA, UALCAN, and SRAMP databases, PCR, western blot, and m6A RNA methylation assay confirmed the m6A modification of PRMT5 and PD-L1 mediated by METTL3. In conclusion, our results displayed that METTL3 intensified the metastasis and proliferation of OSCC by modulating the m6A amounts of PRMT5 and PD-L1, suggesting that METTL3 may be a therapeutic target for OSCC patients.

Kurzfassung: Similar judicial case matching aims to enable an accurate selection of a judicial document that is most similar to the target document from multiple candidates. The core of similar judicial case matching is to calculate the similarity between two fact case documents. Owing to similar judicial case matching techniques, legal professionals can promptly find and judge similar cases in a candidate set. These techniques can also benefit the development of judicial systems. However, the document of judicial cases not only is long in length but also has a certain degree of structural complexity. Meanwhile, a variety of judicial cases are also increasing rapidly; thus, it is difficult to find the document most similar to the target document in a large corpus. In this study, we present a novel similar judicial case matching model, which obtains the weight of judicial feature attributes based on hash learning and realizes fast similar matching by using a binary code. The proposed model extracts the judicial feature attributes vector using the bidirectional encoder representations from transformers (BERT) model and subsequently obtains the weighted judicial feature attributes through learning the hash function. We further impose triplet constraints to ensure that the similarity of judicial case data is well preserved when projected into the Hamming space. Comprehensive experimental results on public datasets show that the proposed method is superior in the task of similar judicial case matching and is suitable for large-scale similar judicial case matching.

Kurzfassung: Nature gas hydrate is a new kind of clean and potential resources. Depressurization is regarded as the most effective and promising hydrate production technology. One of the key points in improving the gas production effectiveness of depressurization is whether pressure gradient could transmit in strata effectively. Single well method is widely used in hydrate exploit which is circumscribed in expanding the range of hydrate decomposition. Consequently, the well structure and production strategy needs to be optimized for improving the gas recovery efficiency. The multilateral well technology is proposed for increasing the gas productivity of the reservoir greatly by increasing the multilateral branches. In this paper, we established a numerical simulation model based on the geological data NGHP-02-16 site in the KG basin to evaluate the gas production performance of the reservoir by depressurization. It mainly focuses on investigating the gas production performance of multilateral wells with different combinations of geometric parameters of multilateral branches, such as different dip angle, numbers, and spacing of lateral branches. The result shows that the multilateral well method can effectively increase the gas production rate with the water production rate increase slightly. The cumulative gas production volume of a single vertical well is about 2.85 × 10 6   m 3 , while it is of the multilateral well can reach 4.18 × 10 6   m 3 during a one-year production. The well interference, the effective influence radius of each multilateral branch, and the vertical depth of the lateral branch are the main factors which affect the gas production efficiency of the multilateral well. The optimization of the geometric parameters of lateral should consider not only the gas production efficiency but also the well interference between the lateral branches.

Kurzfassung: The rapid detection of asphalt content in asphalt mixture is of great significance to the quality evaluation of asphalt pavement. Based on the dielectric properties of an asphalt mixture, the prediction model of asphalt content is deduced theoretically using three types of dielectric models: Lichtenecker-Rother (L-R) model, Rayleigh model, and Bottcher equation. Under the condition of laboratory mixing at room temperature (about 20–25°C), a dielectric test of asphalt mixture is conducted to verify the applicability of the model. The test results indicate that the dielectric constant of the asphalt mixture is inversely proportional to the asphalt content and directly proportional to the aggregate size of the mixture. Among the models, the Rayleigh model has a wide range of applications and exhibits a high accuracy, with an average relative error of only 1.86%. The results provide a theoretical basis for the nondestructive testing of asphalt pavements using ground-penetrating radar.

Kurzfassung: Psoraleae Fructus (PF) is a botanical medicine widely used in Asian countries, of which salt products have higher safety and efficacy. However, the biological mechanism of the detoxification of salt-processing Psoraleae Fructus (SPF) has not yet been revealed. In this study, UPLC-MS/MS technology was used to explore the metabolic differences between SPF and PF in normal rats and reveal the mechanism of salt processing. The histopathological results of rat liver and kidney showed that the degree of liver and kidney injure in the SPF group was less than that in the PF group. The results of metabolomics showed that the detoxification mechanism of PF by salt processing might be related to glycerophospholipid metabolism, phenylalanine, tyrosine, and tryptophan biosynthesis, arginine and proline metabolism, phenylalanine metabolism, and linoleic acid metabolism. PF-induced inflammation could be reduced by regulating the expression of metabolites to achieve the purpose of salt processing and detoxification. It included reducing the production of metabolites such as 1-acyl-sn-glycero-3-phosphocholine, sn-glycero-3-phosphocholine, tyrosine, arginine, linoleic acid, arachidonic acid, and phenylacetylglycine/hippuric acid ratio and upregulating the expression of metabolites such as creatine.
