Abstract: Non-communicable Disease (NCD), almost completely heart diseases, malignancy, diabetes and chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases are the main source of demise worldwide killing additional human beings further wise entire further sources merge. In 2008 nearly two-thirds of the demises were due to NCD, a 36 million out of 57. Out of this almost completely 80% of demise happens in little and medium earnings nation with over 50% of them happening amid human beings completely amount 70 years old and 29% under 60 years of age. At current heart diseases (CVD) are the numeral single sources of demise worldwide with little and medium earning nations existence pretentious uneven. So the current research is ready to evaluate the magnitude of   understanding on harm’s way associated with heart disease among clients attending NCD clinic at nemam PHC. A descriptive research design was chosen to evaluate the magnitude of understanding on harm’s way associated with heart disease among clients attending NCD clinic at nemam PHC 100 samples are included within our study. Prospective sampling techniques method was utilized in selecting the samples. A self-arranged questionnaire was utilized to gather statistics. The evaluate the magnitude of understanding on harm’s way associated with heart disease among clients attending NCD clinic at nemam PHC are Inadequate knowledge: 23%Moderate knowledge: 56% Adequate knowledge: 21%. The study concludes that there is moderation risk factors associated with heart disease among clients attending NCD clinic at Nemam PHC.

Abstract: Coordination complex of Zn(II) with 4-mercaptoaniline(4-MTP or 4-ATP) were synthesized under microwave irradiation. The synthesized complex was characterized by elemental analysis, metal estimation, UV-Visible, conductance measurement, IR, Far-IR & NMR (proton and carbon) spectral studies. The metal complex was found to mononuclear, neutral and colorless in nature which are confirmed by the elemental analysis and molar conductance studies. The geometry for 1:2:2 complex exhibits to be square planar were confirmed by its spectral absorption study. The ligand was coordinated to the metal ion through its ‘N’ or ‘S’ atom and diamagnetic nature of the complex to be confirmed by the IR, Far-IR and NMR spectral studies. The electrochemical properties of complex shows the well redox properties of them with Zn(II)/Zn(I) couple by predicting the values of anodic and cathodic current. In-vitro antibacterial and antifungal activities of microorganisms viz., S. Aureus, bacillus  and C. Albicance were carried out by Agar disc diffusion method using Amikacin and ketoconazole as standard control and DMSO as solvent control. The metal complex shows enhanced biological activities than the 4-ATP. The CT-DNA cleavage study of 4-ATP and its Zn(II) complex were performed and calculated the IC50 values. The results show the antioxidant property of 4-ATP and its complex.

Abstract: Green route synthesis of bio-active diamagnetic Cd(II) and Hg(II) complexes with Schiff base and oxalate ion were synthesized using water as a solvent and characterized by using electronic spectra (UV-visible), Fourier transforms infrared (FT-IR), 1H and 13C-NMR spectroscopy, mass spectra and physical characterization such as CHN analysis, metal estimation and molar conductivity. 1H- and 13C-NMR spectra of ligand complex compared with Schiff base. The complexes have the general formula of ML2X (M= Cd(II) & Hg(II), L-C15H13N, X-C2O4 ) confirmed based on the results of elemental analysis, metal estimation and the reasonable shift of mass spectra, FT-IR and NMR spectral signals of the complexes compared with free Schiff base. The coordination of Schiff-base and anionic ligands through an inner-sphere coordination mode by imine nitrogen and the oxygen atom of oxalate ion. The conductivity measurements of metal complexes indicate that they are non-electrolyte. The Schiff base and its metal chelates were tested in-vitro bio-potential activity against bacterial strain such as E. coli, S. aureus, B. subtilis, P. aeruginosa and fungal strain viz., C Albicans, A. Niger  by Agar disc diffusion method using chloramphenicol and fluconazole as bacterial and fungal standard. The results revealed that the metal (II) chelates exhibited higher antibacterial activity than the free Schiff base.
