    The Genera of the Aspilota-Group and some descriptions of Fungicolous Alysiini from the Netherlands (Hymenoptera: Braconidae: Alysiinae) (1988)

    Beschreibung: The genera of the Aspilota-group are redefined and keyed. One new genus is described: Leptotrema gen. nov.; type-species: Aspilota dentifemur Stelfox, 1943.The genus Dinotrema Foerster, 1862 is given generic status to include the majority of the species of Aspilota auct.; the genus Pterusa Fischer, 1958 is included in the Alysiini. The genus Eusynaldis Zaykov & Fischer, 1982 is synonymized with Aspilota Foerster, 1862 s.s.; Coloboma Foerster, 1862, Prosapha Foerster, 1862 and Synaldis Foerster, 1862 are new synonyms of Dinotrema Foerster, 1862.\nSynaldis auct. is divided among Aspilota s.s., Eudinostigma Tobias, 1986 and Dinotrema. Aspilota pneumatica Fischer, 1973 is synonymized with Alysia efoveolata Thomson, 1895. Eight new species from Europe are described: Aspilota louiseae spec, nov., Carinthilota vechti spec. nov., Dinotrema mesocaudatum spec. nov., D. multiarticulatum spec. nov., D. pratense spec. nov., D. sessile spec. nov., D. tuberculatum spec. nov., Eudinostigma stenosoma spec. nov., and E. alox spec. nov. Neotypes are designated for Alysia ruficornis Nees, 1834 and Aphidius flavipes Ratzeburg, 1844. Lectotypes are designated for Alysia lineola Thomson, 1895, A. speculum Haliday, 1838, and A. venusta Haliday, 1838.\nThe fungicolous Alysiini found in The Netherlands are keyed, partly described and their biology is summarized.

    Beschreibung: The systematic position of the genera Ecnomios Mason from New Guinea and Pselaphanus Sz\xc3\xa9pligeti from Brazil and Surinam is discussed; both genera are redescribed and figured. The new subfamily Ecnomiinae (for Ecnomios Mason, 1979) and the new tribe Pselaphanini of the subfamily Agathidinae (for Pselaphanus Sz\xc3\xa9pligeti, 1902) are erected.

    Beschreibung: The European genera and species of Helconini (Braconidae: Helconinea) are keyed and partly illustrated. The genus Helconidea Viereck, 1914 is excluded from the genus Wroughtonia Cameron, 1899, Helconidea meridionalis spec. nov. is described, and the remaining Palaearctic species of Wroughtonia are keyed. Lectotypes are designated for Ichneumon redactor Thunberg, 1822; I. distensor Thunberg, 1822; I. nunciator Fabricius, 1793; Pimpla dentator Fabricius, 1804; Helcon femoralis Thomson, 1892 and Helcon tardator Nees, 1814. Additional proposed combinations: Helcon angustator Nees, 1814 stat. nov. (Syn. nov.: Ichneumon redactor Thunberg, 1822; I. distensor Thunberg, 1822; Helcon lignator Lepeletier de St. Fargeau & Audinet-Serville, 1827; H. cylindricus Wesmael, 1835), Helcon nunciator (Fabricius, 1793) comb. nov. (Syn. nov.: Helcon pedalis Cresson, 1873; Helcon femoralis Thomson, 1892); Helconidea dentator (Fabricius, 1804) comb. nov. (Syn. nov.: Helcon armator Marshall, 1897); H. ruspator (Linnaeus, 1758) comb, nov.; Wroughtonia cornuta (Cameron, 1886) stat. nov. Finally a neotype is designated for Helcon angustator Nees, 1814.

A lectotype is designated for Stantonia conspurcata Enderlein, 1905.

    Beschreibung: Keys are given to the European genera and species of the Pamphiliidae (Symphyta: Megalodontoidea). Ten species are added to the list of the Dutch Hymenoptera. Cephalcia alashanica europaea Benes, 1976 is synonymized with C. a. alashanica Gussakovskij, 1935 (syn. nov.), Acantholyda parvula Zirngiebl, 1937 with A. laricis (Giraud, 1861) (syn. nov.), Cephaleia intermedia Hell\xc3\xa9n, 1948 with Cephalcia lariciphila (Wachtl, 1898) (syn. nov.), and Pamphilius hortorum bicinctus Benson, 1945 with P. hortorum (Klug, 1808) s.s. (syn. nov.). Pamphilius nigricornis Snellen van Vollenhoven, 1858 is provisionally treated as a valid species (stat. nov.) Caenolyda binaghii Pesarini & Pesarini, 1976 (stat. nov.) is upgraded to species level. Some data on biology and habitats are added. Additionally, Pamphilius viridipes spec. nov. is described from The Netherlands and Acantholyda teunisseni spec. nov. from Spain.

    Beschreibung: The cosmopolitan subfamily Blacinae Foerster (Braconidae) is revised with special reference to the Oriental and Australian species. Two new genera are described from Chile: Chalarope and Grypokeros. All known species are keyed, 53 new species are described and fully illustrated, seven new combinations, and five new synonyms are proposed. Lectotypes are designated for eight species. A cladistic analysis of the relationships between the (sub)genera of the subfamily is given and a cladogram is presented.

Monophrys (type-species: Disophrys manifesta Kokujev from S.USSR), Pholeocephala (type-species: P. lieftincki spec. nov. from Indonesia (Sulawesi)) and Protroticus (typespecies: P. nigripennis spec. nov. from Malawi). The genus Troticus Brulll, 1846 is redescribed and compared with the new genus Protroticus.
