Summary In 25 children with vesicles by Combustion, Herpes zoster, Epidermolysis bullosa, by an allergic reaction after Sabinvaccination, by Erythema toxicum Lyell and in vesicles by mechanic irritation the enzym pattern in the serum of these vesicles was estimated; the Transaminases, GOT and GPT, GlDH, G-6-PDH, SDH, MDH, LDH, HBDH and CPK. All enzymes activities, excepted G-6-PDH and in some cases the GPT and SDH, were raised. The activity of CPK was also strongly raised in profound alterations of the skin. Also GlDH and HBDH could be found in the serum of the vesicles in high activity. Earlier estimations of these enzymes in this case were discussed. It could be accepted, that oxydative Cyclus could be found in the epidermis.
Notes:
