    Notes: Isomeric mixtures of compounds MenM(CH=CHMe)4-n (M=Si, Pb; n=0-3) have been prepared and studied, as well as pure Me3M(CMe=CH2) and mixtures containing propenyl isopropenyl residues bonded to silicon and lead. 1H, 13C, 29Si and 207Pb NMR data are presented; as previously observed for the corresponding tin compounds, the 29Si and 207Pb shifts for the Me3MC3H5 isomers can be used to calculate the shifts expected for the other isomers; while for lead the agreement is good, calculated and observed values for silicon diverge with decreasing n due, at least in part, to steric factors.

    Description / Table of Contents: Trimethylsilyl Silicates - Model Compounds for SilicatesStarting from chlorosiloxanes, SinOn+x-1Cl2n-2x+2, a number of linear, branched and cyclic trimethylsilyl silicates have been prepared by reaction with trimethylsilanol. The compounds were characterized by silicon-29 nmr, mass spectroscopy and chromatographic methods.
    Notes: Ausgehend von Chlorsiloxanen mit der allgemeinen Formel SinOn+x-1Cl2n-2x+2, sind durch Umsetzung mit Trimethylsilanol eine Reihe linearer, verzweigter un cyclischer Trimethylsilylsilicate dargestellt worden. Die Verbindungen wurden durch 29Si-Kernresonanz, Massenspektroskopie und chromatographische Verfahren charakterisiert.

On Silyl Tautomerism in Bis-trimethylsilylated Sulphinic AmidesThe bis-trimethylsilylated sulphinic amides 1 and 2 (eq. 1) as well as the sulphenic amide 4 (eq. 2) have been prepared for the first time and their structures deduced from lH n.m.r., 29Si n.m.r., i.r., and mass spectra. The imidate structure B (scheme 1) has been assigned unequivocally to compounds 1 and 2. The same structure is suggested for the known compound 3 on the basis of its spectroscopic behaviour. 29Si n.m.r. spectra are recorded for several reference compounds.
    Notes: Die zweifach trimethylsilylsubstituierten Sulfinamide 1 und 2 (Gl. 1) sowie das Sulfenamid 4 (Gl. 2) wurden erstmalig dargestellt und über 1H-NMR-, 29Si-NMR-, IR-und Massenspektren charakterisiert. Demnach liegen die Verbindungen 1 und 2 eindeutig, die bereits bekannte Verbindung 3 mit hoher Wahrscheinlichkeit in der N,O-silylsubstituierten Imidform B (Schema 1) vor. Die 29Si-NMR-Spektren einer Reihe von Vergleichssubstanzen werden mitgeteilt.

Synthesis of N-silylated PhosphiniminesN-silylated phosphinimines (RO)3P=N—Si(CH3)3 (R = —C2H5, —C2H2F3, i-C3H7, n-C4H9) and (R2N)3P=N—Si(CH3)3 (R = —C2H5) have been prepared by reaction of trialkyl phosphites P(OR)3 and Tris-(diethylamino)-phosphine P(NR2)3 with trimethylsilyl azide. The products were identified by analysis, IR-, 1H-, 19F-, 29Si-, 31P-n.m.r. and mass spectroscopy.
    Notes: Die Umsetzung von Trialkylphosphiten, P(OR)3 (R = C2H5, —C2H2F3, i-C3H7, n-C4H9) bzw. Tris-(diäthylamnio)-phosphin P(NR2)3 (R = C2H5) mit Trimethylsilylazid führt zu den entsprechenden N-silylierten Phosphiniminen (RO)3P=N—Si(CH3)3 bzw. (R2N)3P=N—Si(CH3)3, deren Struktur durch analytische und spektroskopische Methoden (Massen-, IR-, 1H- 19F-, 29Si-, 31P-NMR-Spektroskopie) sichergestellt wird.
