    Notes: Résumé On décrit deux moyens de réalisation de microculture dans l'identification de champignons filamenteux qui sont comparés avec la méthode classique. Le premier d'entre eux se réalise par ensemencement moyennent l'inondation du milieu en boîte de Petri avec suspension de spores et est ensuite coupé en carrés que l'on place à l'intérieur de boîte de Petri. Le second consiste à suspendre micelium fongique en milieu fluide à 50°C. Les deux ont l'avantage de la rapidité de réalisation, surtout quand on doit préparer un grand nombre de microcultures dans le but de l'enseignement et que l'on ne dispose pas des éléments stériles pour la réalisation de la microculture sur les lames.

    Description / Table of Contents: Abstract Using rabbits, we have studied the effect of reinfection of T. mentagrophytes var granulosum and T. rubrum into lesions that were previously infected and resolved. Clinical mycological and histopathological studies were done for 16 weeks. Timentagrophytes produced a more severe infection than T. rubrum. The clinical lesions produced by reinoculation were less intense and long lasting.
    Notes: Résumé On réalise une étude expérimentale sur des lapins inoculés et réinoculés par Trichophyton mentagrophytes var. granulosum et Trichophyton rubrum, pour connaitre l'évolution clinique, mycologique et histopathologique pendant 16 semaines. Au cours de la premiere inoculation, les lésions cliniques, ainsi que le patron histopathologique produit par T. mentagrophytes var. granulosum, furent beaucoup plus grandes en intensité et durée que celles dûes á T. rubrum. Au cours de la réinoculation, les lésions cliniques produites para les deux dermatophytes ont eu une intensité et une durée moindres.

    Notes: Summary The electrochemical behaviour of the herbicide 4-amino-3-methyl-6-phenyl-1,2,4 triazine-5(4H)-on (Metamitron) is studied in aqueous medium using voltammetric techniques, with the ionic strength adjusted to 0.1 mol/l in sodium perchlorate and using a Britton-Robinson buffer. Two reduction waves on the mercury drop electrode appear, at −0.49 V the first and the second folded at −0.95 V and −1.05 V. The system is identified as irreversible and fundamentally controlled by diffusion. Using differential pulse polarography the detection limit reached was 0.02 mg · l−1 for the first wave with an error of less than 2%. Thus a method is proposed for the determination of Metamitron in soil, with a detection limit of up to 0.02 μg/g.

    Notes: Abstract By causing experimental lesions of dermatophytosis in rabbits inoculated and reinoculated with T. mentagrophytes var. granulosum and T. rubrum a study was carried out of the state of cellular immunity response, during infection, and also of the antigens responsible for the sensitization. Cellular immunity response was detected using the leucocyte migration test (L.M.T.) in the presence of antigenic compounds of the ‘Keratinase’ of Eleuterio et al.
